Robert David Steele, a former official for both the CIA and US Marine Corps Intelligence, made global headlines when he was interviewed by Alex Jones on June 29, and said that according to his confidential sources, there are slave colonies on Mars using individuals who had been kidnapped from Earth as children. Steele pointed out that the children were taken to Mars via “a 20 year ride”, the purpose of which was to ensure they were adults who could be put to work upon arrival.

The idea of slave colonies on Mars was first discussed in Alternative 3, a “fiction based on fact” book authored by a former British journalist, Leslie Watkins, which was published in 1978. He had investigated the extraordinary claims that had been first presented in Alternative 3, an episode of a British television documentary series called Science Report, which aired on June 20, 1977.

The Alternative 3 television show described how the deterioration of global environmental conditions had led to the major powers, US and USSR, secretly collaborating behind the scenes to ensure survival of the human species. To this end, the US and USSR had secretly established colonies on Mars in the early 1970’s and were populating it by whatever means possible.

The show was declared to be a hoax intended for release on April Fool’s day, but many viewers thought otherwise. This included Watkins whose investigation uncovered more information that led him to writing the book, Alternative 3.

Watkins says that he met with a deep throat source called “Trojan” who supplied alleged documents revealing that the existence of Mars colonies was very real, and people were being secretly taken there, some by force and kidnapping.

For obvious reasons, we cannot reveal the identity of Trojan. Nor can we give any hint about his function or status in the operation. We are completely satisfied, however, that his credentials are authentic and that, in breaking his oath of silence, he is prompted by the most honourable of motives. He stands in relation to the Alternative 3 conspiracy in much the same position as the anonymous informant ‘Deep Throat’ occupied in the Watergate affair. [Kindle Locations 269-272].

Watkins described two categories of people being taken to Mars according to Trojan:

These professionals, we have now established, have been classifying people selected for the Alternative 3 operation into two categories: those who are picked as individuals and those who merely form part of a ‘batch consignment.’ There have been several ‘batch consignments’ and it is the treatment meted out to most of these men and women which provides the greatest cause for outrage. [Kindle Locations 300-303].

Watkins describes how people taken as part of a “batch consignment” to Mars become a pool of slave labor. He gave as an example a small group of 20 individuals who were forcibly taken there:

Most of the missing 20 were described as being ‘hippy types’ although there were some older people among them. People of this calibre, we have now discovered, have been what is known as ‘scientifically adjusted’ to fit them for a new role as a slave species.  Watkins, Leslie (2015-12-14T22:58:59). ALTERNATIVE 3: The 1978 Cult Sci-Fi Classic Republished with New Material (Kindle Locations 352-354].

In the foreword to the 2015 republished version of his book, Watkins’ son, Graham, provided statistics to help substantiate Watkins’ claim of kidnapped children being taken to Mars in large numbers:

In 2010, 692,941 people were reported missing in the USA alone – 531, 928 under the age of 18 and it must be realised that, if any were destined for Mars, ‘catching ‘em young’ would make sense. The extra working years they had ahead of them more than justified the costs of getting them in the right condition. [Kindle Locations 49-52].

The next researcher to discuss a base on Mars that may have involved slave labor was William Cooper who had served on the intelligence briefing team of the Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet from 1970 to 1973. He was given an honorable discharge in 1975, after a 14 year military career with both the US Air Force and Navy.

Cooper said that he had access to U.S. Navy intelligence files and based on what he had seen was able to confirm in a 1989 paper that Alternative 3 was very real, and that a joint US-USSR space program had been set up to ensure continuity of Government. Cooper said that May 22, 1962 was the date of the first US/USSR landing on Mars, but said he was unable to confirm or deny that batch assignments of human slaves were occurring!

Also in 1989, an electrics contractor, Al Bielek, came forward to allege that he and another individual (Duncan Cameron) were taken to Mars through a jump room or teleportation device located at Montauk, Long Island, New York. In interviews, Bielek confirmed the accuracy of the Alternative 3 scenario involving the establishment of bases on the surface of Mars for a continuity of species program involving the US and possibly the USSR.

Bielek said he and Cameron were sent by teleportation technology into ancient bases in the interior of Mars on multiple occasions. He described these bases as approximately 20,000 years, built by human looking extraterrestrials and long ago deserted.

Bielek discusses how missing children were used in the Montauk experiments as test subjects. Some of the children were given away as slaves to some extraterrestrial groups. This suggested slave labor was in widespread usage in secret space programs, just as the Alternative 3 book claimed.

The next significant researcher to discuss slave labor being used on Mars was a Bulgarian engineer, Vladimir Terziski, who had gained access to many intelligence documents released during the collapse of communism in Eastern Europe. During this time, many former Warsaw Pact intelligence officials sold classified documents to make ends meet during a difficult transition period from communism to capitalist societies.

In the early 1990’s, Terziski began giving lectures in the US in which he shared the contents of Nazi SS files that referred to Germany’s secret space program in occupied Europe and Antarctica. Terziski described how in 1942 the most advanced aerospace technologies were relocated to Antarctica, leaving behind the less developed turbo-jet flying saucer prototypes that had failed to be weaponized for the war effort.

Terziski shared what he learned about Nazi Germany’s secret missions to the Moon and Mars, including the large Haunebu III spacecraft that made the first trip to Mars in April 1945, and was followed by other missions that eventually established German colonies on Mars.

Alleged Nazi SS Document showing Haunebu III Specifications

Terziski refers to slave labor eventually being taken to Mars, just as the Germans had earlier taken thousands of slave laborers to their Antarctica redoubt. Indeed, it was out of Antarctica that the German secret space program reached its fullest potential and the Fourth Reich became a powerful covert force in global affairs.

The scenario described by Terziski is very different to that described in Alternative 3. Those responsible for slave labor on Mars were a German breakaway group operating out of Antarctica, rather than the US/USSR kidnapping people in a feverish attempt to establish a Mars colony out of fear of imminent planetary devastation on Earth.

If Terziski’s account is accurate, then Alternative 3 was designed to reveal part of the truth about slave labor on Mars, but hide the existence of a German breakaway civilization using flying saucer technologies with bases on the Moon, Mars and elsewhere in our solar system.

It’s also possible that the situations described in the Alternative 3 book and Terziski were occurring simultaneously. This would mean that a highly advanced German space program was the first to establish a foothold on Mars in the 1940’s, and was followed two decades later by a joint US/USSR program. Both of these space programs used slave labor, but the German program was presumably the older and more advanced program.

Bielek was followed over a decade later by others making similar claims of being teleported to Mars in secret space program run by US entities. The list includes Michael Relfe (2000), Arthur Neumann (2006), Andy Basiago (2010) and William “Brett” Stillings (2011).

None of these individuals say they witnessed or were exploited as slave labor on Mars. All reported working at or seeing bases on Mars, but none witnessed a German presence.

It was another whistleblower, Corey Goode, in early 2015 who started describing slave labor on Mars that he had directly witnessed during a “20 and back” program from 1987 to 2007 on several occasions when he visited Martian facilities to conduct repairs.

Goode says that he took part in an inspection tour of Mars on June 20,, 2015 where he saw evidence of abusive treatment of workers who were treated as slave labor. This coincided with meetings conducted by the British Interplanetary Society discussing such a situation, and the passage of legislation by the US Congress which effectively gave legal protection to companies and officials involved in off-planet slave labor until 2022.

According to Goode, the slave labor practices used on Martian bases was a carry-over from the earlier German colonies. He says that as a result of secret agreements between the Eisenhower administration and the Germans in Antarctica, the German Mars facilities were transformed into a joint venture led by leading German companies associated with the Fourth Reich, that worked closely with US corporations who provided personnel and resources.

These transnational corporate off-planet projects would in time evolve into what Goode describes as the “Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate“. The U.S. military would covertly supply personnel to the corporate conglomerate on Mars and elsewhere, similar to how Special Forces personnel are contracted out the CIA for clandestine operations.

The possibility that corporations are deeply involved in secret space programs that use millions of people as slave labor was boosted by the testimony of William Pawelec, a computer operations and programming expert who gave permission for a video interview only to be released after his death – it was posthumously published on December 14, 2010.

Pawelec was involved in the development of RFID tracking chips that could be used to protect children from kidnapping as he described in his video interview:

At the time in the security industry, a lot of us had a lot of concerns about tracking and locating people that had been kidnapped. Particularly what was going on in Europe at the time where we were having NATO officers, even the Prime Minister of Italy, kidnapped … These people were drained [of information] or they were brutalized or both… One of the goals of the industry was to develop technology that would allow us to track these people or locate them quickly.

Pawelec described how the Siemens Corporation, a company that used slave labor in Nazi Germany for its weapons programs, produced billions of RFID tracking chips in the early 1980’s. Siemens set up a Silicon Valley front-company to produce these tracking chips in a manner designed to hide their true purpose – tracking slave labor used in secret space programs by the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate, of which Siemens is a very prominent member.

This finally brings us back to Steele’s statement about slave labor on Mars where three confidential sources revealed to him that this really exists, and that children are kidnapped with the intent of eventually being taken to Mars as slave labor. Steele’s information helps corroborate the growing body of research and testimonies which suggests that a flourishing off-planet slave trade exists.

Steele is currently exposing global pedophilia rings that exploit children in schemes used to entrap high level officials so they can be easily controlled by the “Deep State”, or what others describe as the Cabal or Illuminati. It should therefore not come as a great surprise that such exploitation also extends out into deep space and is run by an “Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate”, as Goode contends.

Secret bases on Mars and elsewhere exploit millions of children and adults as forced labor. Exposing such programs, and corporations such as Siemens involved in them, is a major step in stopping such injustices, bringing the perpetrators to justice, and beginning the process of compensating the many victims of these crimes in space.

On June 29, Alex Jones, host of Infowars.com, interviewed Robert David Steele, a former U.S. Marine Corps and CIA clandestine services official, who volunteered insider information about secret events on Mars. Steele told Jones about a slave colony on Mars, and the existence of “20 years and out” space program which involves children.

Steele’s comments were covered in a number of mainstream news sources including Britain’s Daily Mail, the Daily Beast, and the Washington Post, all of which downplayed his comments as mere conspiracy theory.

Steele reached the rank of Major for the USMC Reserves, Intelligence, from 1976 to 1996, and during this period also worked with the CIA clandestine services (1979-1988). After nine years as a clandestine operations officer, Steele was one of the first to chase terrorists full time in the 1980’s, left the CIA to become the second-ranking civilian in Marine Corps intelligence, and was responsible for creating the nation’s newest secret intelligence analysis facility. His personal website describes multiple initiatives, which are threatening the Deep State.

During his interview with Jones, Steele said:

This may strike your listeners as way out, but we actually believe that there is a colony on Mars. It is populated by children who were kidnapped and sent into space on a 20-year ride. So that once they get to Mars they have no alternative but to be slaves on the Mars colony. There’s all types of disclosures coming out.

Jones appeared supportive of what Steele was suggesting:

Look, I know that 90 per cent of the Nasa missions are secret and I’ve been told by high level Nasa engineers that you have no idea. There is so much stuff going on, but then it goes off into all that. I know this, we see a bunch of mechanical wreckage on Mars, and people say it looks like mechanics and they say, oh you’re a bunch of conspiracy theorists. Clearly, they don’t want us looking into what is happening’ because ‘every time probes go over they turn them off.

Ben Collins from the Daily Beast contacted NASA for a response to Steele’s interview by Jones, and got the following denial:

“There are no humans on Mars. There are active rovers on Mars. There was a rumor going around last week that there weren’t. There are,” Guy Webster, a spokesperson for Mars exploration at NASA, told The Daily Beast. “But there are no humans.”

The Phi Beta Iota Public Intelligence Blog, created by Steele, responded to Collin’s article where more details were provided about the kidnapped children earmarked to be slaves on Mars:

Phi Beta Iota: Steele’s point was lost on the author — children appear to have been kidnapped and sent into space on “20 years and out” missions so that they grow up between the time they leave Earth and the time they arrive on Mars. The “wormhole” capability was lost in 2012. There will be multiple levels of disclosure, including extraterrestrial “permissions” to experiment on and breed hybrid humans, extraterrestrial technologies finally disclosed, and the entire Pentagon extraterrestrial and intraterrestrial program exposed.

This made it clear that Steele was not talking about child labor on Mars, but of newly arrived adults from Earth who were forced into slave labor after an extended period of travel.

Steele’s initial statement and response is worth examining due to what a number of whistleblowers have said about a secret Mars colony they allegedly visited while serving on classified programs that used wormhole technology. These include Al Bielek, Michael Relf, Andy Basiago, Arthur Neumann, and a number of others.

Steele is corroborating that such a secret Mars colony does exist and that personnel are taken there using a wormhole, and other exotic transportation systems that will be revealed in upcoming disclosures.

None of the above whistleblowers, however, discussed slave labor on Mars. The first to do so was Corey Goode who described, in a May 14, 2015 interview, what he had seen on several occasions during his covert secret space program service from 1987-2007:

Yes, there were several occasions where there were specialty equipment malfunctions that needed to be repaired immediately…. On these rare occasions we would fly down to the location where we would be met by 4 to 6 armed guards. We would be instructed not to make eye contact or communicate with anyone for any reason unless it was directly related to the work we were there to do… We would be escorted directly to the location of the work. The local facilities security team would watch us very closely and then escort us directly back to our shuttle craft after the work had been completed and tested. We were never asked if we would like a tour, invited to spend the night or stay and share a meal with the personnel or inhabitants of the facility. We did however get a chance to see some of the people. They were usually pale, unhealthy looking both physically and mentally and seemed very much like slave labor.

Goode said that on June 20, 2015, he was taken to Mars to conduct an inspection of a corporate-run facility. Goode described the slave labor conditions and an account of the facility commander as a “tyrant and a total megalomaniac”.

What gave Goode’s claim credibility was that two days later, on June 22, the BBC published a story titled, “How to Overthrow a Martian Dictatorship.”  The story discussed a British Interplanetary Society two day event that envisaged a Mars colony ruled over by a ruthless dictator who trampled on the rights of workers in a futurist society controlled by a corporation. The dictator needed to be overthrown without destroying the colony itself.

According to the author of the BBC article, Richard Hollingham, the meeting brought together 30 prominent scientists, engineers and philosophers who took their “task seriously,” only, wink wink, “two short blocks from the London headquarters of Britain’s security service, MI6″.

The “hypothetical situation” being debated by leading British engineers and space enthusiasts closely paralleled what Goode was saying was occurring in real time.

Further circumstantial evidence supporting Goode’s claims of slave labor on Mars, and in space more generally, was the U.S. Congress passing legislation on November 16, 2015 exempting companies from all labor regulations pertinent to space mining until 2022. Section 106 of the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act specifies the U.S. federal courts as having “exclusive jurisdiction” to commercial space activities when companies voluntarily submit to U.S. jurisdiction:

(g) Federal jurisdiction.—Any claim by a third party or space flight participant for death, bodily injury, or property damage or loss resulting from an activity carried out under the license shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal courts.

Effectively this act of Congress, which was signed by President Barack Obama on November 25, granted legal protection to companies alleged to be involved in slave labor abuses on Mars and in space.

In terms of travel to Mars, Steele referred to a “20 and out” space program, which involves a wormhole used for an extended period of travel by the children. The previously mentioned whistleblowers described the wormhole technology as almost instantaneous.

So why the “20 year ride” according to Steele for the kidnapped children? Are they performing other secret space program duties during their journey to Mars? Was Steele cryptically referring in some way to the “20 and back” secret space programs Goode and Relfe claim to have completed? I have contacted Steele to get answers to these and other questions.

What’s clear so far is that Steele his given valuable vindication for Goode’s claims that slave labor been secretly occurring on Mars for decades. Steele’s forthcoming disclosures may further vindicate what Goode and other whistleblowers have been claiming about Mars and secret space programs.

While mainstream media appeared very dismissive of Steele’s claims, Alex Jones to his credit was open to discussing such a possibility to his rapidly growing audience of millions, many of whom had learned for the first time about a slave labor colony on Mars and a secret space program that supports it.

[Updated on 11/28] Three new ExoNews TV episodes have been released of Tony Rodrigues who claims he was used as slave labor for several secret space programs, one of which was German-run program known as the Dark Fleet, which was originally built in Antarctica. In two earlier episodes (parts one & two) he discussed the first seven years of his alleged “20 and back” program where he says he was used as a drug courier in Peru, sex slave in Washington State, and finally taken to the Moon when he turned 16 to be trained for space operations.

In these additional episodes from an ExoNews TV interview conducted on August 29 at Mt Shasta, California, he discusses his memories of being on a secret corporate base on Mars, and anther base on the Asteroid Belt planetoid Ceres, as well as his service on an alleged Dark Fleet Merchant Spacecraft called the Max Von Laue.

His account of the brief period he spent on Mars has similarities with the claims of Randy Cramer who says he spent 17 years stationed there as a super soldier in a military base that was kept totally separate to civilian bases run by a corporation. In part two of this five part series, Rodrigues described his brief month-long stay at the Mars military base, where he claims that he fought alongside the super soldiers as a “slave soldier” in a failed military program.

In part three, Rodrigues states that after his slave soldier program was ended, he spent a month or so completing aptitude testing on the Mars corporate colony base called Aries Prime, which Cramer was the first to publicly identify. Gray extraterrestrials identified his innate abilities which would determine the kind of future space missions he would perform.

In part four, Rodrigues says after the completion of his aptitude testing, he was sent to the planetoid Ceres through an advanced portal shuttle system from Mars, where from 1990 to 2001, he served as a crew member of a merchant space craft led by German officers that were part of the Dark Fleet.

In part five, Rodrigues  he describes his memories of time spent on a German speaking “Dark Fleet” merchant vessel called the Max Von Laue which performed interplanetary and interstellar trade missions. Among the alleged missions was one involving a nuclear attack on a Mayan colony located in the Pleiades star system.

After the release of the first two video installments of Rodrigues claims, there were doubts raised by a reliable source as to whether he was indeed a participant in a “20 and back” program.

Such doubt has been accentuated recently with claims by Dr. Steven Greer that psychotronic holographic technologies are used to create realistic scripts that are downloaded into unwitting victims, who then come forward with fabricated memories.

Greer’s description of the development of these technologies and their use in secret space program testimonies was the subject of a November 13 lecture, where he said these scripts are manufactured to be “seductive and interesting”. He asserted:

You’ve got to have multiple points of corroboration, and the bigger the tale the more the proof you got to have. Now what I would say is it that I believe that these men are sharing what they believe to be true. I also know how easy it would be to provide information that is scripted about that, and that is seductive and interesting.

His insistence that “multiple points of corroboration” are necessary for validating witness testimony is a valid one. However, controversy erupted from Greer’s lecture when he claimed that the testimonies of Corey Goode and William Tompkins were corrupted by scripted memories. I responded to Greer’s claim in a two part series addressing them first for Goode, and then for Tompkins whose testimony has many similarities to Goode’s.

My conclusion was that Greer’s accusations lacked direct evidence, were driven by bias against any claims of predatory extraterrestrials, and were purely conjectural. This was especially so in the case of Tompkins whose testimony has “multiple points of corroboration” with independent witnesses and documents.

Nevertheless, Greer raised a legitimate concern in his lecture about advanced psychotronic holographic technologies that could produce realistic scripts to contaminate whistleblower testimonies about secret space programs.

This certainly was a major concern that Goode had previously raised when he was told by his insider source, “Gonzales” (a pseudonym) that a disinformation campaign was underway to contaminate the field of secret space programs research with false whistleblower testimonies:

Gonzales suddenly got a very serious look on his face and stated that he had a few things to discuss with me. He, too, stated that there was an operation underway to water down the info we have disclosed, as well as to discredit me personally by flooding the internet with fake SSP insiders.

A new generation of Manchurian candidates, who genuinely believed their false memory scripts, could indeed make it very difficult in finding the truth about what is really happening in secret space programs.

Rodrigues memories as a slave for an involuntary “20 and back”  space program raises the question, are his memories genuine or scripted?

Before attempting to answer this question, I wish to raise a third possibility first brought to my attention by my exopolitics colleague, Alfred Webre, J.D. He publicly postulated that Randy Cramer’s memories of service in a “20 and back” secret space program were not a result of his own direct experiences, but were the memories of a dead Mars supersoldier. Weber said:

Specific memories of a deceased member of the Mars Defense Force have been downloaded and implanted into Randy, although Randy is not yet conscious that this is the case…. This was done as a well-intentioned disclosure effort by officials within the Mars Defense Force to let the public know about the Exopolitical situation on Mars and Earth.

It’s important to note that Weber’s thesis here is not that Cramer’s memories were downloaded into him for disinformation purposes, but are part of a sanctioned disclosure program by a covert group of “White Hats”.  I analyzed Webre’s claim regarding Cramer in my book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Life (pp. 335-36).

Weber’s thesis that memories of secret space program personnel can be extracted for subsequent downloading into another body is very plausible. His thesis suggests that rather than fabricated scripts, as Greer was suggesting, the memories of dead secret space program personnel could be downloaded into unwitting victims who are then led to believe they were part of a “twenty and back” program.

The advantage between real memories versus manufactured scripts, is that the memories would have genuine emotions attached to them, as opposed to computer generated scripts. This would make for a much more compelling witness, who would feel genuine emotions as they recalled another person’s memories, which they believe to be their own.

So coming back to the question of Tony Rodrigues’ memories, we have four possibilities: 1. they are genuinely his own experiences; 2. they are manufactured scripts that are part of a disinformation program; 3. they are another person’s memories downloaded into him into a sanctioned disclosure initiative; and 4. they are entirely fabricated by Rodrigues himself as part of an elaborate scam.

Melboure Perth SSP Workshops

I was first contacted by Rodrigues on August 15, 2015, who shared his story. A red flag was quickly raised by due to an inconsistency in his narration of an encounter around 1997-2001, between the merchant spacecraft he claims he served on, and the Arnold Sommerfeld, the Solar Warden research vessel that Goode says he served on for six years (1987-1993).

I then spent then next year vetting his testimony along with two other researchers, Morgan Starr and Rob Potter. We collectively conducted numerous phone, email and in-person interviews, closely examining his testimony for consistency, and attempted to determine his sincerity. Importantly, we tried to find any ulterior agenda in him coming forward.

I personally met Rodrigues for the first time at the Mt Shasta Secret Space Program conference from August 26-28. I closely examined his body language, emotions, consistency in retelling his story, and motivation for coming forward. A colleague, Duke Brickhouse, J.D., also participated in the vetting process at the Mt Shasta conference.

Our collective conclusion was that Rodrigues was being truthful, sincere and consistent in describing events he recalls experiencing during a twenty and back secret space program. This ruled out, in our opinion, the possibility that Rodrigues was perpetrating an elaborate scam.

Among the things that impressed me in Rodrigues story was his description of the older generation of German spacecraft as retrofitted submarines. This was consistent with Tompkins’ description of the first US Navy space craft being retrofitted Nautilus class nuclear submarines which he shared in an unpublished interview. As far as I’m aware, Rodrigues was the first person to reveal this very significant piece of information.

Another impressive feature of Rodrigues story was that says that the white spots on Ceres are water geysers which he personally saw during his time flying over the planetoid. This is consistent with early scientific data on the white spots which remain an enigma for planetary scientists.

Finally, Rodrigues account of being used as a sex slave in Seattle, Washington State from 1985 to 1988 (see part one) is perhaps the most significant aspect of his testimony insofar as it is verifiable.

After the Mt Shasta conference, Rodrigues traveled to the Seattle area location where he claims he was forced into sex slavery and recalled many locations he had been forced to work at during his “20 and back” timeline. In this current timeline, Rodrigues says that he had never previously visited Washington State.

In phone reports to Brickhouse and myself, he confirmed that he knew his way around the area where he was previously exploited, and recalls the names of the people who had run the child sex operation. Additionally, he says that through Google Earth, he was able to locate the town and environment where he was forced to work for the Peruvian drug trade from 1981 to 1985.

If there is independent confirmation of Rodrigues time in Peru and Washington, or for his alleged space service on Mars and Ceres, that will help considerably in establishing “multiple points of corroboration” for his story, and the accuracy of his memories. As mentioned in earlier articles, there are multiple corroborating points for insiders such as William Tompkins and Corey Goode.

Until multiple points of corroboration are found for Rodrigues testimony, there remains the possibility that his memories may be contaminated by manufactured scripts, or implanted memories from another person. This requires caution and discernment in using Rodrigues testimony to understand aspects of secret space programs, such as the German-run Dark Fleet, about which little is known.

On November 25, President Obama signed into law a bill that provides Federal legal protection for U.S. corporations involved in space mining. Obama’s action is presented as protecting U.S. corporate interests for space mining ventures anticipated to begin around 2025. Yet there is compelling evidence that the true intent is to protect corporations, up to the end of 2022, from prosecution for their ongoing criminal abuses in decades-long secret space mining operations.

Advocates of the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act (H.R. 2262 aka the “Space Act of 2015”), believe it enhances the competitiveness of U.S. corporations by cutting away government regulatory power in the birthing of new industries in space such as asteroid mining.

Republican Presidential candidate, Senator Marco Rubio said:

Throughout our entire economy, we need to eliminate unnecessary regulations that cost too much and make it harder for American innovators to create jobs. The reforms included here make it easier for our innovators to return Americans to suborbital space and will help the American space industry continue pushing further into space than ever before. I’m proud the final bill includes proposals I had previously introduced in the Senate, including one related to commercial recovery of space resources.”

The Space Act provides an eight year window for space industries to develop a “safety framework” before federal regulation, if any, becomes applicable as the following section explains:

(8) INDEPENDENT REVIEW.—Not later than December 31, 2022, an independent systems engineering and technical assistance organization or standards development organization contracted by the Secretary [of Transportation] shall submit … an assessment of the readiness of the commercial space industry and the Federal Government to transition to a safety framework that may include regulations. [emphasis added]

The Space Act goes on to describe that the organization contracted by the Secretary of Transportation will evaluate in developing a “safety framework” based on “industry consensus standards” that includes hiring practices:

As part of the review, the contracted organization shall evaluate—

“(A) the progress of the commercial space industry in adopting voluntary industry consensus standards as reported by the Secretary …

“(B) the progress of the commercial space industry toward meeting the key industry metrics …  including the knowledge and operational experience obtained by the commercial space industry while providing services for compensation or hire;

Basically, space mining corporations have a free pass until 2022 to do what’s necessary to establish “a safety framework” that will govern their industry, including labor standards.

It’s important to emphasize that the language of the Space Act is clearly designed to apply federal regulations, “if any,” after safety standards have been proposed and adopted by the space mining industry in consultation with Congress and the Secretary of Transportation.

This means that all space mining activities up to 2022 are free from any regulatory measures. Perhaps more important is the fact that the Space Act is retroactive in terms of everything regarding space mining activities occurring prior to 2022, with all past activities also exempt from federal regulation and any government oversight.

Contrary to widespread public perception that space mining is something that will occur a decade or so in the future, there is disturbing whistleblower testimony suggesting that there already exists a very profitable and flourishing space industry. It’s existence has been among the most highly classified secrets kept by the U.S military intelligence community.

Corey Goode has caused quite a stir in the alternative media and exopolitics communities with his claims regarding secret space programs abusing workers and being involved in a galactic slave trade. His claims have been examined in a series of articles (see here and here) where significant circumstantial evidence has been cited in support of them.

According to Goode, space mining involving U.S. corporations has been secretly run since the late 1950’s with the ongoing criminal abuse of workers who have been deceived, exploited and/or physically abused. In short, reported slave labor conditions exist in space mining operations going back to the 1950s.

Perhaps even more disturbing is Goode’s claims that these space mining operations were done in collaboration with a breakaway German group associated with the advanced aerospace programs of Nazi Germany. As is well established historical fact, the Nazis pioneered the use of slave labor in advanced technology programs.

cd_s2_ep10_conquering_the_solar_system_cvrIn his latest interview on Cosmic Disclosure, released today, Goode describes how space mining operations progressed beyond secret German bases on Mars, to the asteroid belt, the moons of Jupiter and elsewhere in the solar system.

The raw material gathered in these mining operations were taken back to Mars, and processed into finished products for a high tech manufacturing industry. In the decades since the first German colonies on Mars in the 1940s, Goode claims that U.S. corporations have become integrated into a joint venture with the breakaway German group that is called the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate.

The high tech products on Mars are now part of a flourishing trade, which according to a report by Goode, involves up to 900 different extraterrestrial civilizations. The bulk of these products derive from the use of slave labor in manufacturing centers on Mars, or remote mining locations in space.

If Goode’s incredible claims are true, then clearly government regulatory power should be significantly enhanced to prevent corporate crimes in space, especially when U.S. corporations are involved. The Space Act, however, does the precise opposite insofar as it explicitly gives corporations up to 2022 to develop a “safety framework” that includes the use of labor. Why?

While much of the Space Act deals with encouraging corporations to invest in space activities by cutting government regulatory power, there are sections of the bill that appear to go far beyond this.

An earlier article discussed Section 51302 of the Space Act that raised concern about the real intent of the Act. Most attention was given to the following:

(a)In general.—The President, acting through appropriate Federal agencies, shall …

(3) promote the right of United States commercial entities to explore outer space and utilize space resources, in accordance with the existing international obligations of the United States, free from harmful interference…

According to Timothy Nelson, an expert in Space Law, “free from harmful interference,”

… mirrors the United States’ own obligation, in the OST [Outer Space Treaty], to safeguard against activity by its own nationals that “would cause potentially harmful interference with activities of other States Parties in the peaceful exploration and use of outer space, including the Moon and other celestial bodies.”

Nelson’s suggests one meaning of the phrase is to ensure other corporate entities or individuals that interfere with space mining activities of a corporation, could be sued in a U.S. Federal Court.

In addition, the phrase “free from harmful interference” also suggests space mining operations would be free of the kind of scrutiny such an industry would normally receive from both domestic government and/or international regulators up until 2022.

The language of the Space Act goes well beyond what its proponents, such as Senator Rubio and others argue, in terms of cutting bureaucratic red tape. It is one thing for a space mining company not to have to comply with complex NASA regulations concerning space launches in order to be competitive with international rivals. It is an entirely different matter for a U.S. corporation not to comply with U.S. labor standards in conducting off-world operations.

While Space Act proponents might be forgiven for dismissing the idea that future U.S. space mining might exploit slave labor, the same cannot be said for a decades-long classified corporate program, which has been accused by Goode and others of doing precisely this.

It’s worth emphasizing that when Goode first came forward in early 2015 with claims that slave labor was being used at bases on Mars, the asteroid belt and elsewhere in the solar system, there did not appear to be much evidence in support of his claims of a decades-long secret corporate space mining operations.

Indeed, space mining seemed to be at least a decade away from becoming a reality as far as the general public was concerned. Yet, legislation has now been quickly passed concerning space mining with little public awareness or debate.

The quick passage of the Space Act suggests that it was designed to give an eight year window (up to 2022), for those involved in corporate crimes in space; to either cover-up past misdeeds to escape prosecution, or to relinquish power in secret negotiations in exchange for legal amnesty.

Here are four reasons why passage of the Space Act can be concluded to be related, at least in part, to Goode’s claims that corporations have been using slave labor in space for decades.

First, at the same time as Goode first made public his incredible claims, the U.S. Congress first began discussing legal protection for a ‘future’ space mining industry. On March 19, 2015, the “Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act of 2015.” was first introduced to Congress.

The “Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act” was eventually incorporated into the larger bill, “H.R.2262 – U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act” as Title IV. It was the latter bill that was passed by the House of Representatives on November 17, by the U.S. Senate on November 10, and signed into law by Obama on November 25.

It appears to be an extraordinary coincidence, given Goode’s claims, that legislation would be passed to protect space mining, which is more than a decade away from becoming, a reality, according to conventional public knowledge about corporate activities in space.

Second, the introduction of legislation to protect space mining as a future industry where a “safety framework” would be developed and put in place by 2022, with no government regulations until then, is highly suspicious.

Why was language written into the Space Act protecting corporations from “harmful interference” and the relevance of any labor standards until 2022? The Space Act provides legal protection to corporations that have “voluntarily submitted” to U.S. Federal Court jurisdiction over their space activities, which may have minimal or abusive labor standards, up to 2022.

For example, in the case of a space mining corporation that has imposed slave labor working conditions in past secret operations, the “free from harmful interference” clause suggests that international organizations such as the International Criminal Court would not have the power to directly intervene.

Basically, owners and managers of space mining operations could voluntarily submit to U.S. jurisdiction, and would henceforth be protected under U.S. Federal Law from international organizations investigating them for using slave labor up until 2022.

A third reason is that a number of international legal scholars have pointed out that the Space Act is potentially illegal insofar as it contravenes the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, which explicitly prohibits the commercial exploitation of outer space. Article 1 of the Treaty says:

The exploration and use of outer space, including the moon and other celestial bodies, shall be carried out for the benefit and in the interests of all countries, irrespective of their degree of economic or scientific development, and shall be the province of all mankind.

Clearly, corporations mining space for commercial reasons are not doing so to benefit “all mankind” but acting for their bottom line. If Goode’s claims are true, then it appears that the U.S. Space Act is designed to protect corporations that have been willfully violating international law since at least 1967 in conducting space mining operations for commercial reasons.

The final reason to consider is that on June 11, the British Interplanetary Society began a two day meeting on: “How to Overthrow a Martian Dictatorship” according to a BBC news article. The meeting envisaged a Mars colony ruled over by a ruthless dictator who trampled on the rights of workers in a futurist society controlled by a corporation. The dictator needed to be overthrown without destroying the colony itself. According to the author of the BBC article published on June 22, Richard Hollingham, the meeting brought together 30 prominent scientists, engineers and philosophers who took their “task seriously,” only “two short blocks from the London headquarters of Britain’s security service, MI6” thereby hinting at official support for the meeting.

Coincidently, Goode released a report on June 22 detailing an alleged inspection tour he conducted with another whistleblower of a secret manufacturing colony on Mars. Goode’s report described a tyrannical program manager that exploited workers, and would not tolerate even mild criticisms for visitors.

The similarities in the scenarios discussed at the June 11/12 British Interplanetary Society meeting, and independent June 22 reports by Goode and Hollingham, suggest that key figures in Britain’s scientific establishment  are preparing for future disclosures about secret colonies on Mars and elsewhere that have been run as corporate dictatorships by megalomaniac tyrants that have been abusing workers for years.

How to remove these Mars Colony dictators without them killing off their personnel and/or destroying their valuable facilities is a problem that British and other national policy makers will soon have to confront.

The Space Act provides a means whereby these hypothetical “Mars dictators” could be persuaded to relinquish power. Essentially, the owners and/or managers of manufacturing or mining bases throughout the solar system will be given amnesty if they surrendered control of their facilities before 2022.

While Obama’s signing of the Space Act into law is apparently designed to protect U.S. corporate interests for space mining ventures anticipated to begin around 2025, part of the true intent appears to be to protect corporations from their criminal abuses in decades-long secret space mining operations.

US Congress protects slave labor-650

On November 16, the U.S. House of Representatives joined the Senate in passing a bill that provides legal protection for space mining conducted by U.S. based corporations that establish off-world operations. While most Congressional members that passed H.R.2262 – U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act may have done so with the impression that they would protect the rights of U.S. companies in future space mining missions, they instead have provided legal protection to corporations that have been secretly conducting such operations for decades.

The passage of the “U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act” is significant due to recent whistleblower claims that off-world space mining by U.S. affiliated corporations have been using slave labor on Mars and elsewhere in our solar system. More recently, it has been claimed that these mining operations and associated bases, began as a result of cooperation between German Secret Societies and the U.S. military industrial complex, a relationship that dates back to the late 1950s.

If these claims are true, then U.S. corporations have been involved in slave labor practices on Mars and elsewhere, which originated with the policies of Nazi Germany. Clark McClelland, a veteran space engineer who worked for NASA or its contractors for a total of 34 years, claims he saw Hans Kammler, the same Nazi SS official involved in implementing slave labor practices for highly advanced secret projects in Germany, at the Kennedy Space Center in the early 1960s.

McCelland’s testimony supports another whistleblower, Corey Goode, who claims secret agreements had been reached with the Eisenhower administration as a result of flyovers of Washington D.C., by German flying saucers in 1952. McClelland’s and Goode’s testimonies about Nazi and German infiltration of the U.S. space program are investigated in the recent book Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances.

The relevant section of the “U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act,” dealing with protecting space mining was originally submitted on March 19 to the U.S. Congress as a separate bill titled “H.R.1508: Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act of 2015.”

Rather than being voted on as a separate bill, the “Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act” was instead incorporated into the larger bill, “H.R.2262 – U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act.” It was the latter bill that was passed by the House of Representatives on November 17, and earlier by the U.S. Senate on November 10.

Title IV of the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act (aka Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act of 2015) protects the rights of mining companies willing to invest significant financial resources in future space exploration. If, for example, a mining company establishes a base on Mars, then it would have the right to exploit the resources of Mars while being protected under U.S. federal law.

Here is what the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act has to say in section “51302. Commercial exploration and commercial recovery”:

(a) IN GENERAL – The President, acting through appropriate Federal agencies, shall—

(1)       facilitate the commercial exploration and utilization of space resources to meet national needs;

This clause raises the possibility that under U.S. “national needs” the President of the United States can provide resources and assistance to mining companies to establish off-world bases and mining. There is nothing particularly alarming here at the prospect of companies such as Elon Musk’s SpaceX being given assistance to plan future Mars missions that establish mining bases to fund themselves.

The next clause of the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act does raise some disturbing issues however:

(2) discourage government barriers to the development of economically viable, safe, and stable industries for the exploration and utilization of space resources in manners consistent with the existing international obligations of the United States;

What exactly does “discourage government barriers” mean? This clause could be used to argue against any future government regulations as unnecessary and causing significant impediment to profitable mining operations.

For example, if a mining company was to exploit workers in slave-labor like conditions, rather than federal regulators imposing U.S. labor standards, the oppressed workers would be left hanging to seek a resolution of the corporate entity itself.

The subsequent clause is even more alarming:

(3) promote the right of United States commercial entities to explore outer space and utilize space resources, in accordance with the existing international obligations of the United States, free from harmful interference…

What does “free from harmful interference” mean? In the case of a mining corporation imposing slave labor working conditions, this clause suggests that international organizations such as the International Criminal Court would not have the power to directly intervene. Basically, managers at prospective space mining operations would be protected under U.S. Federal Law from international organizations investigating them for using slave labor.

Finally, section 106 of the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act specifies the U.S. federal courts as having “exclusive jurisdiction”:

“(g) Federal jurisdiction.—Any claim by a third party or space flight participant for death, bodily injury, or property damage or loss resulting from an activity carried out under the license shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal courts.”

Basically, this means that any human rights issues arising in the mining operations of corporations with off-world bases would have to be addressed through U.S. federal courts.

The U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act raises some very troubling legal issues about future mining operations by U.S. based corporations. However, rather than a hypothetical legal problem to be debated by space law attorneys, there is testimonial evidence that space mining operations already secretly exist. Furthermore, it has been claimed that these mining operations use slave labor on Mars and other locations in the solar system.

According to alleged eyewitness testimony, an inspection of a Mars mining and manufacturing facility was conducted on June 20, 2015. In a detailed report written two days later, Corey Goode claims that he along with a “Lt Col Gonzales” (a pseudonym) were given an official tour of a facility owned by a corporation called the “Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate” (ICC). The inspection was done to investigate claims of slave labor being used at ICC facilities.

According to Goode, a former ICC employee had defected to a rival space program called the “Secret Space Program (SSP) Alliance”, and was willing to testify in future legal proceedings against responsible corporate officials.

A Council heading the SSP Alliance made the necessary arrangements for Goode and Gonzales to travel to Mars and inspect the ICC facility. Based on what Goode and Gonzales directly witnessed, there is testimonial evidence that slave labor is currently being used on Mars to mine and manufacture products for the ICC.

It has been claimed that the findings of investigations by the SSP Alliance, against corporate and other abuses in space, will submitted in planned “crimes against humanity” trials.

If Goode’s report is accurate, then the effect of the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act would be to give U.S. federal legal protection to the owners, managers and personnel of corporations currently using slave labor in off-world operations. Investigations by international human rights organizations, including the International Criminal Court, and the alleged SSP Alliance legal proceedings, would be effectively neutralized.

Currently, the House’s Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act awaits reconciliation with its Senate version before being passed on to President Obama for his signature and ratification. This is expected to happen quickly with little debate since the general public, mass media, and perhaps even Obama himself, are unaware of the secret decades-long involvement of U.S. corporations in off-world mining operations.

It appears more than coincidental that at the same time as accusations of slave labor being used at off-world mining operations are being secretly investigated for possible criminal prosecution, that the U.S. Congress has passed legislation that would effectively provide legal protection to corporate officials responsible for crimes against humanity in space.

Corey Goode today released a report about an inspection tour he claims was held on Mars on June 20 that he attended along with others from a Secret Space Program Alliance. He describes how he was first picked up from his home by a blue/indigo sphere that belongs to a group of advanced extraterrestrial visitors called the “Sphere Being Alliance”, which have appointed him to be their delegate at all meetings involving Earth’s secret space programs. The sphere took Goode to a secret base on the moon called Lunar Operations Command where he met with a Lt Colonel Gonzales, the delegate representing a Secret Space Program Alliance wanting to fully disclose to the world the truth about extraterrestrial life and advanced technologies.

Goode describes how he and Gonzales were each assigned a security team of two Intuitive Empath (IE) assistants (a position Goode previously held for 20 years when he served in the Solar Warden Space program from 1987 to 2007). Goode and Gonzales were accompanied on the trip to Mars by a representative of the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC). The ICC evolved out of a consortium of companies such as Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, Boeing Corporations etc., that create the advanced technologies used by the five secret space programs that emerged in the post-World War 2 era.

Goode says that the trip took 30 minutes which is longer than the few minutes it normally takes to travel to Mars since it is currently on the opposite side of the sun. The total current distance is approximately 250 million miles apart (~420 million km) which means that Goode’s transport shuttle averaged a staggering ¾ the speed of light. Conventional rocket propelled craft would take up to 260 days to make the same journey.

What immediately caught my attention was what Goode said about the roof of the shuttle craft as it left the LOC:

As we lifted off and flew through the bay doors that opened we could see the surface of the moon grow distant quickly and then the earth through the transparent panels in the walls of the vessel. We then went to speed and the panels changed to an opaque color.

This is very similar to what Randy Cramer (aka Captain Kaye) described seeing when he was first taken to Mars by a shuttle from Lunar Operations Command back in 1987:

Interestingly enough, the feeling inside the vehicle when he pulled out of the hangar bay and positioned himself at whatever distance he was from the earth, whatever perfect distance they wanted so that when the visual array came on, and the ceilings became a projection of what the vehicle was seeing in front of it. …  You really had a sense that we were all hovering in space in these chairs, staring out at Earth, getting our big look for the last time, and it was awe-inspiring. It absolutely stands out as one of the most amazing moments in my entire life.

Goode describes the terms that had been agreed to between the representatives of the ICC and the Secret Space Program Alliance Council for what would happen once they reached Mars:

Gonzales again told the ICC Representative that we appreciated them agreeing to the terms of allowing us to bring the armed security, choosing the site of the conference once in orbit, the tours and allowing us to bring one family of our choosing back with us to question and to either provide sanctuary to or allow to return to their home colony depending on the families wishes. I sat and listened since I had not been a part of the negotiations and hoped to overhear something new from the process.

Upon arrival at Mars, Gonzales was given by the ICC representative a list of ICC facilities on Mars in the northern hemisphere that would be suitable for the base inspection. Gonzales instead requested a location in the southern hemisphere which greatly concerned the ICC representative who at first denied its existence. Gonzales insisted that the base existed according to fresh intelligence. The ICC then contacted his superiors and said it would take an hour to prepare the base for the inspection.

After arriving at the southern hemisphere base Goode described the instructions they were given of what they would be able to discuss with the base inhabitants:

The ICC representative then told us what the subject of that conversation was going to be. He was carefully watching our reactions as he gave us a summary of what to expect from the base commander. He stated that the people at this facility were here for generations and that they were under the impression for decades now that the earth had been through some sort of cataclysm and was no longer inhabitable. He said that we are being asked to not throw off the social dynamics of the facility by revealing that this was not the case or that any of us were from the surface of Earth.

Goode and Gonzales then met the base commander who told them the following about the primary mission of the facility which was described as a multi-decades social experiment:

As we entered, the base commander gave us the storyline about the people not knowing that the earth was still thriving and that this wasn’t anything to do with any slavery theories being promoted by the SSP Alliance but was a complex “social experiment”. It was stressed that we needed to be careful not to contaminate a multi-decades long experiment that will help humanity. I looked at Gonzales and he rolled his eyes at me as this was being said. The base commander then stated that the “main hall” was being setup for the conference and that we would be taken on a tour of the industrial plant first that was 8 kilometers away via an underground train. He said after the conference we would then tour the colony and meet the people, see their living conditions and ask a family if they would be willing to leave with us.

Goode then described how he inadvertently revealed that he was from Texas to one of the base security team who presumably had been told that the Earth’s surface had been devastated in some cataclysm. This led to a growing commotion among the base’s security team and led to their replacement:

It was at about this time that another monorail train arrived with many more security personnel. They told us to halt and they separated the security team that was with us, disarmed them and escorted them to the trains and left. A new security team was assigned to us and the ICC representative that obviously had an “ear wig” (communication device in his ear) told us that we were not to communicate with the security team unless it was to do with something security related.

Goode next describes how he, Gonzales and their security team were next taken to a large conference hall and saw many of the colonists and their leaders who made a presentation about the advanced technologies produced at the facility, and the exopolitical agreements that had been reached with up to 900 different extraterrestrial civilizations:

We were brought into the “main hall” that looked like an area that people are brought in for daily propaganda and there were a large number of ICC leadership members present who were bustling about as well and it was difficult to count how many were there. They sat us down and put on a “Dog and Pony Show” on a large “smart-glass screen” that showed all sorts of technologies that they produce, what they procure in trade for those technologies and stated that they had ongoing trade agreements with almost 900 civilizations and did occasional trade with far more than that. They showed all sorts of spacecraft and spacecraft components that some groups integrate into their own technologies and also discussed the exopolitical agreements they had made with groups that pass through our sector on a regular basis using the nearby natural portal systems that are a part of the “cosmic web”.

Goode then describes an incident that led to him, Gonzales and their security team being detained by the base commander. It began with the family that was chosen to accompany Goode and his companions back for a debriefing away from the facility:

It was now time for Gonzales to give the ICC representative the choice of the family we were to take back with us. He gave the number of a certain family’s dwelling that was an alpha numeric number outside their door and 15 minutes later a man, woman, teenage son and pre-teen daughter showed up with a small bag in each of their hands. They seemed kind of stoic and nervous. This was to be expected but they seemed off to me. .. When the door was closed Gonzales turned to the people and told them they were safe and that he would not betray their good faith. He said that “We know that there is another member of your family that is not present”, the father said “How could you know that?” Gonzales motioned to our security personnel and said that “our people have abilities”. The family then clammed up and would not talk. Gonzales became upset and said he would straighten this out and he and the two security personnel assigned to him left the vessel.

Goode says that the base commander became irate when challenged by Gonzales and was thrown into a detention cell, and was soon joined by Goode and his two man security team. Along the way, Goode described what he saw: “As we walked back through the rows of cells we saw quite a lot of people in various psychological stages of psychological distress locked up.”

Fearing the worst from the base commander that Gonzalez described as a “tyrant and a total megalomaniac,” Goode revealed how the blue/indigo spheres belonging to the Sphere Alliance rescued them:

It wasn’t a minute later that we saw our blue/indigo orb friends zipping through the walls of the cell, one for each of us. They danced around for a couple seconds and the other SSP personnel who had never traveled this way backed against the wall. Gonzales explained how the transportation works and then we each followed the SOP and were soon back at the LOC room where I was transported at the beginning of this journey.

Now safe at the Lunar Operations Command, Gonzales told Goode that mission had provided good intelligence about ICC operations on Mars:

He stated that the ICC’s goal was propaganda and that since the recent reports that were released to the public about the slave trade and labor going on by the ICC that they have been extremely upset and worked-up about information being public that was never supposed to be so.

The inspection of the Mars ICC facility described in Goode’s report helps confirm that slave labor conditions do indeed exist at these facilities where civilians are psychologically manipulated and physically abused by tyrannical base leaders who tolerate no dissent. The advanced technologies produced at these covert Mars facilities appear to be a valuable commodity in trade agreements with an extraordinarily high number of extraterrestrial civilizations – up to 900 if the ICC representative is correct.

The existence of secret bases on Mars and elsewhere in the solar system, controlled by a corporate conglomerate trading advanced technologies produced by human workers in slave labor conditions for interstellar trade is certainly a cause for great concern. There appears to be minimal accountability or oversight of such facilities and the base commanders running them.

To date Goode has not provided any hard evidence or documents supporting his extraordinary claims. Lt Col. Gonzales is yet to publicly come forward to confirm his participation or identity. There are however important similarities in the testimonies of Goode and Randy Cramer which helps confirm that a secret space program with bases on Mars does indeed exist. Goode has said that there are plans for future document dumps that will substantiate his claims. For now, Goode claims that his revelations will help the public prepare for the full extent of the shocking disclosures to come.

If Goode’s testimony is accurate, as I believe it is, it is comforting to know that secret corporate bases on Mars and elsewhere are being investigated by a Secret Space Program Alliance that wants to disclose slave labor practices to the world, and launch trials against those responsible. It’s only through a full disclosure of secret space programs that the people responsible for “crimes against humanity”can be exposed and brought to justice.

dark_loc_on_moon_depiction_coreySecret space program whistleblower, Corey Goode revealed an astonishing fact about a secret base on the far side of the moon in his response to email questions published on May 20. He described the moon base as belonging to one of five secret space programs that he has earlier disclosed in email responses and public internet forums as the “Dark Fleet” which exploits humans in various ways. Since his email response a witness has emerged who claims to have traveled to the base in question and only partly recalls what happened inside. A second witness, identified in this article, has also traveled to a secret moon base, very likely the same Dark Fleet base, but fully recalls what happened.

I begin with the relevant Q and A with Corey published on May 20:

Q20. What can you tell us about the other shared human moon base used by the dark fleet?

It is a Heavily Guarded and Secret Base that is at about the 10 o’clock position, on the Back Side of the Moon. The portion that is visible is a “Trapezoid Shape”. It is only accessible to the Dark Fleet and some ICC Personnel as well as the Draco Allied Forces. Some amateur astronomers have caught video of swarms of craft leaving from this base location on a couple of occasions. It is presumed to go far beneath the surface of the Moon just as the LOC does.

A member of the public forum The One Truth alerted Corey to the claims of Carolyn Hamlett, who says that she witnessed a moon base that she was taken to. She recalled the shape of the base as being trapezoid and recreated it. Here is what she wrote about the recreation (see above).

The above picture is my creation from my memory.  I put the picture together to illustrate what I have seen with physical eyes while aboard a lunar bound craft with other humans.  The trapezoid shaped building was our destination. My first thought when I saw this structure was of its unique and significant shape, that of a de-capped pyramid and how much in architecture it reminded me of the Pentagon as seen in aerial photographs. Therefore, I chose a portion of an aerial photograph of the Pentagon to best illustrate the architecture of the actual building I saw on the moon. The rendition I have created is very much like the view I had as the craft I was in was making its approach.  However, the actual building on the lunar surface does not have an inner court yard.

Corey was surprised to see the recreation and wrote:

This is amazing! This is extremely similar to how the “Dark Fleet” base actually looks.

In an earlier post on the same forum, he said that very few had seen the base before, and little was known about what was occurring inside:

There is almost ZERO information on the lay out and details of that base. It is some information that would be very useful.

In an interview, Carolyn recalls being inside the spacecraft approaching the moon base she described in the above picture. She says that her memory then cut out in the craft, and she next recalled being inside the moonbase and witnessed a council type meeting with up to 30 global leaders from around the world led by a prominent female. She says that the base had been built in collaboration with Gray ETs who could not be trusted, and were manipulating the humans at the base by misleading them into believing they were in control. Carolyn does not fully recall what happened during the rest of her time inside the moon base. [See update notice below]

In his other email responses on May 20, Corey disclosed that he saw personnel on a secret Mars base that he believed were being used as slave labor. Also, he disclosed that remnants of a top secret Nazi Space program survived the Second World War and allied itself with an extraterrestrial race called Draco Reptilians. It is well known that Nazi Germany used slave labor for its secret technology programs. It’s more than likely that if a secret Nazi space program continued after the war and infiltrated the U.S. national security system as Corey claims, various off-planet bases used by the “Dark Fleet” and another secret space program called the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) would also use human slave labor.

According to Corey, there is very little intelligence on what is happening inside of the moon base used by the Dark Fleet. In addition to Carolyn Hamlett’s testimony, there is a military abductee who claims to have been taken to a secret moon base where Gray ETs play a role, and recalls traumatic experiences happening to her.

Niara Terela Isley is a former US Air Force radar tracking operator who was forcibly recruited into a covert program when she witnessed a UFO while performing her official Air Force duties when she traveled with other USAF personnel to an assignment at the Tonopah Test Range in 1980. She and her  colleagues were instructed to attempt to get a radar lock on the glowing UFO, and were then taken into custody by a covert faction of the USAF. She was then exposed to a number of traumatic experiences in these military abductions (MILABs) that she describes at length in her book, Facing the Shadow, Embracing the Light (2013). She reveals that she was taken between eight and ten times to a secret moon base that was guarded by Reptilian beings and used human workers:

In interviews, people always want to know what my moon experiences were like and I can certainly understand such avid curiosity. I can only state that it was terrible on multiple levels. I was terrified for my life the whole time. I was very poorly fed and worked hard during the day cycle, operating some kind of electronic equipment for excavation at times, and doing hard physical manual labor at others, such as lifting and stacking boxes. Worst of all, I was used for sex during what passed for night there, from man to man. I was allowed very little sleep, and I’ve since learned that this is another facet of mind control abuse. I shut down during all of this to the point that I didn’t even feel alive anymore. (Facing the Shadow, Embracing the Light, p.271)

Niara’s description is testimonial evidence that slave labor is both used on the moon, and that MILABs are taken there for that purpose either for short periods, or for indefinite periods as occurs on Mars. While she did not describe the shape of the moon base she was taken to, her experiences with Reptilian guards and physical abuse along with other human workers suggests it is the Dark Fleet base that Corey has described. Furthermore, she described Gray extraterrestrials piloting the shuttle craft taking her to the Moon, which is consistent with what Carolyn Hamlett said about the Grays being involved in the base’s operations.

Corey’s revelation of an exploitative “Dark Fleet” base on the far side of the moon is now supported to varying degrees by two independent witnesses. Carolyn’s recollection of the base is that global leaders are taken there and manipulated by Gray extraterrestrials. Niara’s recollection is that Grays and Reptilians are involved with at least one moon base, and allow human workers to be mistreated. Niara’s testimony and the experiences of Carolyn Hamlett, when combined with Corey’s revelations about Secret Space programs, leads to a disturbing conclusion. There is at least one secret base on the far side of the moon that manipulates human leaders taken there, and use abducted humans as slave labor.

[Update 5/25 – In an earlier version of this article, I mistakenly wrote that Carolyn Hamlett had no memories of what occurred inside the moonbase and described her trip as an abduction experience. In fact, she had partial recall of an event she experienced there, and writes it was not an abduction experience as she clarified in an update on her blogsite. I have updated the above article accordingly, and apologize to Carolyn Hamlett for the errors.]
