US Elections, Reptilian Influences and the Hidden Hand of the City of London

There are significant exopolitical elements in the US federal mid-term elections that need to be understood as they impact not just the US, but other nations when it comes to revealing the truth about UFOs and Extraterrestrial Life. These exopolitical elements stem from control of the electronic voting machines increasingly used in national elections, and how these are linked to China, the City of London, a shadowy Fourth Reich (aka Dark Fleet), and Reptilian Non-Human Intelligence (NHI).

In a rare public appearance, Juan O’Savin, a leading figure in the US patriot movement, gave an impromptu speech at the 2026 Awakening Summit held in Clearwater, Florida, from October 16-18, where he discussed what’s about to happen with the November 3, federal election. It is worth closely examining his speech because of the very high likelihood that there will be a major political confrontation over the use of vote counting machines by many US states which use foreign components made in China.

The likelihood that some election results will be challenged, overturned or suspended on national security grounds, is very high which may lead to social unrest or even civil war pitting blue democrat-led states against the federal government.

Juan O’Savin’s Impromptu Speech on Election Theft and Another US Civil War

O’Savin carries great influence in the US Patriot/Q movement and is regularly featured by prominent podcasters (Nino Rodriguez, Michael Jaco, Scott McKay, and John Michael Chambers), for his analyses of the American political process due to him having a close relationship with senior figures in Trump’s Inner Circle and his frequent visits to Mar-a-Lago. 

Some podcasters/bloggers (e.g., Kerry Cassidy) believe O’Savin is Trump’s former friend, John F. Kennedy, Jr., who allegedly died in a 1999 plane crash, that made it possible for Hillary Clinton to win the open New York Senate seat that was contested in the 2020 election. Cassidy even claims, in a response to O’Savin’s speech, that revealing his true identity to the American public will unify the electorate and end the impasse over election theft.

However, critics contend O’Savin is merely the private investigator, Wayne Willott (Politifact). Other sources contend that O’Savin is a “spook”, with deep ties within the US Intelligence Community, and is briefed on a wide range of national security issues.

O’Savin’s core claim in his impromptu speech was that Trump did not invoke the Insurrection Act after the 2020 Federal elections were “’stolen” because it would have led to civil war, according to the assessments of several flag officers, which included two admirals, who briefed him on December 19, 2020. The flag officers had apparently “gamed out” the implementation of the Insurrection Act and found the risk of civil war was too great.

The subsequent Biden Presidency, according to O’Savin, was an elaborate side-show to gradually educate and awaken the American public to how federal elections are systematically interfered with by foreign actors using compromised voting machines and other corrupt practices such as mail-in ballots.

O’Savin finally claims that what’s coming with the US mid-term elections is that evidence for foreign interference is finally going to be released. The evidence will call into question or lead to the nullification of the election results of those states that use voting machines with foreign components. Such voting machines have been shown to be hackable, as explained in an August 24, 2026, letter or “finding” by Homeland Security Secretary, Markwayne Mullins, who wrote:

Voting machines with components manufactured by foreign adversaries introduce significant security risks. These vulnerabilities mean that malicious actors could potentially compromise election infrastructure at any stage of the supply chain, even before the machines are assembled or deployed. If a component is tampered with during manufacturing, it could serve as a point-of-entry for hackers, allowing for the possibility of synchronized attacks across multiple machines and jurisdictions….

Nine voting system vendors are used in U.S. elections. Three of those vendors, ES&S, Hart InterCivic, and Dominion, make up more than 80% of the market share. Representatives from each of those vendors have acknowledged that their voting machines have parts made in China.

O’Savin predicts that after the intelligence community delivers its report on possible foreign election interference on December 18, 45 days after the Federal elections, as required by Executive Order 13848, this will lead to the greatest election drama in US history, as a result of multiple states using voting machines with hackable foreign components from China.

According to O’Savin, these states ignored Mullins’ August 24, 2026 Homeland Security finding, which raised the national security risk in using such machines. O’Savin incorrectly stated that Mullin’s letter required states not to use compromised machines, but the letter instead stated the need to implement safeguards such as “random post-election manual counts of paper ballots to ensure that any errors or manipulation is detected.”

We will see in the next few weeks if O’Savin’s dramatic prediction and analysis turns out to be accurate.

This is where I explore the ultimate culprit behind election interference and outright theft, which finally takes me to the exopolitical factor. O’Savin contends that it is ultimately the City of London, which controls China, through its banking networks, that is behind the use of compromised vote-counting machines to steal US, and elections in other countries such as Brazil where on October 25, 2026, the first round winner, Flavio Bolsonaro, surprisingly lost the second round, an unprecedented event, and fled to the US to declare election theft had occurred, and that he would lead opposition to the current regime from abroad.

In his impromptu speech, O’Savin said:

The real threat isn’t your neighbor, isn’t a governor, isn’t another person, it is, it absolutely is China and the City of London, who is running China through the banking [system], threatening the whole world.

What I want to draw attention to is O’Savin’s core claim that the City of London is the ultimate source behind election interference or theft in the US and other countries such as Brazil. and give some reasons for why his claim is accurate from an exopolitical perspective.

City of London, Bloodline ruling families and Reptilians

First, the City of London Corporations dates back to antiquity and in 1215 played a central role in rebel English Barons negotiating the Magna Carta with King John to establish a balance of power among the ruling class. Clause 13 of the Magna Carta states:

The City of London shall enjoy all its ancient liberties and free customs, both by land and by water. We also will and grant that all other cities, boroughs, towns and ports shall enjoy all their liberties and customs. (Source)

In exchange for the City of London’s liberties, including the annual election of a mayor, the mayor would take an oath of fidelty to the crown. A tradition that continues to the present day with the Lord Mayor of City of London elected on a yearly basis, who is a separate political entity to the Mayor of the Greater London Metropolitan area who is elected every four years. 

British researcher, David Icke, has for decades, been revealing that the City of London is controlled by shape-shifting Reptilians embedded within 13 ruling bloodline families who secretly use the City’s power over world banking and international finance to control the planet. Icke has provided extensive documents, sources and historical evidence showing the connection between the City of London Corporation, the British Royal Family, Freemasons and Reptilian entities. 

This historical connection is well illustrated in the Coat of Arms of the City of London Corporation that shows two white (or silver) dragons holding a shield, with the red St. George’s Cross ( Patron Saint of England) with the Latin inscription “Lord, guide us.” It’s worth emphasizing that the ruling class of Draco Reptilians that have been encountered by experiencers or contactees are white dragons called Ciakar, as first mentioned by Alex Collier in a 1994 lecture, where he stated:

The Draconians are a very large reptilian race, otherwise known as “the Dracs”. There is royal line of the reptilian race called the Ciakar. They range from 14 to 22 feet tall and can weigh up to 1,800 pounds. They do have winged appendages and they are awesome beings. They’re extremely clairvoyant and extremely clever, and they can also be extremely sinister. (Source)

In The Biggest Secret: The Book that will Change the World (1999), Icke wrote:

The global structure is quite simple. The central Agenda is coordinated from the City of London, which comprises the Financial center known as the ‘Square Mile’, and the land along the River Thames running down to the headquarters of the British legal profession (Temple Bar), the Houses of Parliament, the centers of government and British intelligence, and across the Buckingham Palace, the home of the Reptilian bloodline known as the Windsors. …

From London, the reptile-Aryan Elite dictates its policy and Agenda to its ‘branch managers’, the bloodline families in each country, which ensure that the London coordinated agenda is introduced globally. (pp. 256-57).

Icke’s research leads to the inescapable conclusion that voting machines are ultimately a means for the City of London to control the outcome of national elections in the US, and many other nations, on behalf of their Reptilian overlords who exercise their power through 13 ruling bloodline families, which Fritz Springmeier discussed in his groundbreaking 1995 book series, Bloodlines of the Illuminati. China merely provides the technological means for the election theft that is orchestrated by the City of London, and its allies such as the Vatican.

Anglo-Saxon Mission, City of London and Reptilians

Second, in a 2010 interview called “The Anglo-Saxon Mission,” Kerry Cassidy and Bill Ryan were told by a former Royal Navy Commander about a secret meeting of Senior Freemasons held in the City of London in 2005 that planned a series of global events that would culminate in nuclear wars, a pandemic originating from China, and Earth Changes that would result in up to half the planet’s population being killed off.

The Navy Commander’s testimony gave a glimpse into the power of the City of London to influence global events to bring about such a calamitous outcome. In a publicly released letter,  he wrote:

I personally believe, unquestionably, that the City of London extends its power over the other major world financial centers with anecdotal evidence that the City controls the US Federal Reserve. I feel no one should be surprised that all political and financial power is held firmly within the City of London.

He explained how all the leadership positions in the City of London were held by Freemasons, who give their ultimate fealty to the British Royal Family. The Windsors play a pivotal leadership role in the City of London and the global power it exercises, due to their bloodline connection to Reptilians, whose history he explained as follows:

11500 years ago not much was known about the Reptilian looking race other than they shared knowledge of space through time travel with other races …. What became apparent is their low spiritual development and disdain for anything they feel is weak, even among their own kind. As I mentioned their lives are determined by time. They are not aware of a timeless present due to their low level of conscious awareness. However, this low level of conscious awareness is superbly masked by their ability to live extremely long lives and the ease at which they can control anyone who comes into contact with them. They live on fear and are energised/empowered through this. The Reptilians became the dominant controlling entity on Earth because of their abilities to sustain themselves here….

All through this present time the Reptilians have held kingship over mankind, dominating and controlling all aspects of our physical lives on Earth. This age has been marked by them as one of continual conflict and forced manipulation shaped by fear.

Importantly, the former Royal Navy Commander also revealed a strong connection between the City of London and control over a secret space program involving British personnel, which he personally witnessed during his naval career.

In short, the City of London plays a pivotal role in funding and controlling an international secret space program (SSP). This City of London-run SSP can be connected both to Reptilian entities and the mysterious 4^th Reich/Dark Fleet that emerged at the end of World War II, which I described in Antarctica’s Hidden History (2018). 

City of London and World Commerce Corporation

Third, the World Commerce Corporation is closely connected to the City of London through the latter’s control of world banking and the Anglo-Saxon intelligence community. Jason Samosa, a British-based researcher, has revealed the shadowy operations of the World Commerce Corporation and its connection to UFOs, extraterrestrial life and secret space programs. The World Commerce Corporation was first established in Panama by an elite group of former intelligence operatives from Britain’s MI6 and the US Office of Strategic Services (OSS). This included Major General William “Wild Bill” Donovan, the Director of the OSS, which was relaunched as the CIA with the passage of US National Security Act of 1947—signed into law by President Truman on July 26.

The involvement of elite former intelligence leaders was confirmed in a New York Times story published on September 24, 1947, that announced the expansion and activation of the World Commerce Corporation nominally established two years earlier in Panama, but relaunched in New York City. The story, titled: “World Trade Body Ready to Function: American – Canadian – British Group Will Seek Solution to Exchange Problem”, describes how the new organization would be a private banking institution that planned to fund countries lacking the financial means to participate in world trade:

Expansion and activation of the World Commerce Corporation, an organization of American, Canadian and British financial and business interests created to promote international trade through private means; was announced here yesterday…. There will be no public financing….. The corporation is designed to build a bridge between the existing shortage of exchange and the world’s needs…. As a matter of principle the world commerce corporation refuses to believe that when a country is without dollars we must cease trading operations.

The firm has world-wide coverage, being presently represented in forty-seven countries of the globe and through six partially owned subsidiaries in Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Egypt, Panama and the Philippines …  (Source) 

Importantly, the expansion and activation of the World Commerce Corporation to 47 countries occurred less than a week after the official launch of the Central Intelligence Agency on September 18, 1947.

Even more significant was the creation of “Operation Majestic 12” set up to manage the extraterrestrial issue that was secretly established on September 24 by President Truman. This was the same day the New York Times story on the WCC expansion was released.

 

The evidence and sequence of events supports the conclusion that the World Commerce Corporation (WCC) was formed to provide the financial means to fund countries trading programs, in exchange for the WCC gaining access to any extraterrestrial technologies or ancient artifacts that were important to corporate reverse engineering programs and establishing a secret space program.

Samosa also identifies connections between the World Commerce Corporation, and Nazi officials and industrialists present at a secret August 10, 1944, meeting held at the Hotel del Maison Rouge (Red House Hotel) in Strasbourg, France. The “Red House” meeting led to financial assets being moved out of Europe before Nazi Germany’s impending defeat.

This transfer also included advanced wartime aerospace technologies some of which involved advanced prototypes of flying saucer craft that had been captured and reverse engineered by the Germans and the Italians after the 1933 crash near Magenta, Italy.

Intelligence networks were also established that included the Rockefeller family, “Wild Bill” Donovan, Allen Dulles, and Otto Skorzeny that facilitated the transfer of funds out of Nazi Germany, and the creation of the necessary financial structures that emerged in the City of London.

These connections between Nazi assets being relocated through an extensive German corporate network and the involvement of the Anglo-Saxon intelligence community point to a remarkable conclusion. The WCC closely coordinated with the newly emerging 4^th Reich/Dark Fleet, which established its main base of operations in Bariloche, Argentina and Antarctica at the conclusion of World War II.

Samosa contends, that the WCC is the secret force running the legacy UFO program described by Tom DeLonge in his Sekret Machines book series, and more recent US military whistleblowers such as Lue Elizondo, David Grusch and Jay Stratton.

In Antarctica’s Hidden History (2018), I described a consortium of leading German companies that were involved in the flying saucer program, which relocated to Antarctica and South America after the 1944 Red House meeting. These German companies set up a parallel corporate network that can be called the Fourth Reich to fund and supply the future Dark Fleet (aka Nachtwaffen) out of its headquarters in Bariloche, Argentina.

Meanwhile, the Anglo Saxon world, used the WCC and the City of London as their headquarters for their own separate Legacy UFO program, which the Navy Commander, mentioned earlier, encountered during his Royal Navy  service.

Conclusion

It makes a lot of sense that an organization, such as the City of London, which has long been involved in controlling our planet through financial means, on behalf of the British Royal Family and shadowy Reptilian entities, is also at the apex of control over the management of the UFO issue. The City of London has for decades been involved in shaping public perception of extraterrestrial life; coordinating with a 4^th Reich SSP/Dark Fleet; and running its own independent secret space program. It’s very predictable that the City of London would want to control the election results of major countries such as the US and Brazil to maintain its control over global events on behalf of its Reptilian masters. 

As the 2026 mid-term US elections process plays out, there has been a major effort by the Trump administration to release the truth about UFOs and extraterrestrial life, but these initiatives have been blocked by what many call the Legacy UFO Program who use threats and intimidation to block disclosure efforts. Again, this raises the specter of the City of London as the shadowy organization behind the secrecy and theft of national elections, as claimed by Juan O’Savin.

If O’Savin is correct in his main assertion that the Trump administration will release incontrovertible evidence of election interference through compromised voting machines after the Nov 3 election, then we will see how a major plank in the worldwide control system that can be traced to the City of London will be undermined, leading to its exposure and collapse. In turn, this will lead to the collapse of the legacy UFO program and end the suppression of the truth about UFOs and extraterrestrial life. We do not have long to wait to see if they dramatic events play out has predicted.
