Russia’s UFO Crash Retrieval & Reverse Engineering Programs – Part 2
In his second Exopolitics Today interview, Anton Anfalov, Ph.D., explains critical military research facilities used by the Soviet Union in studying retrieved alien spacecraft and extraterrestrial entities. These research facilities include a multilevel underground facility at the M. M. Gromov Flight Research Institute located next to the current Zhukovskiy airport complex; a Top Secret research facility inside an enormous cavern system in the Ural mountains first built by extraterrestrials; and Novosibirsk aviation plant in Eastern Siberia. He also discusses secret meetings and agreements between extraterrestrials and leading Soviet/Russian authorities dating back to 1954. He states that Nordic-looking extraterrestrials have been helping the Putin Administration with advanced technologies.
Anton Anfalov, Ph.D., was born in the city of Sverdlovsk in the Soviet Union in 1972 and spent decades living in Crimea before his recent departure to Canada due to the intensifying Ukraine conflict. In the mid-1980s, he became interested in the UFO phenomenon after the Soviet Union first relaxed its stringent secrecy policies during the glasnost era and the subsequent Presidency of Boris Yeltsin. Dr. Anfalov has interviewed hundreds of Russian and Ukrainian whistleblowers and been given documents on the UFO phenomenon dating back to the early post-World War II Soviet era. He has gained much knowledge about UFO crash retrieval operations in the Soviet Union and Russia; learned about ancient underground tunnels built by extraterrestrials that the Kremlin repurposed for deep underground military bases; multiple UFO crash retrieval cases: meetings and agreements with extraterrestrial civilizations; and the existence of a Russian secret space program.

MS: Dr Anton Anfalov has interviewed hundreds of Russian and Ukrainian servicemen and he’s built up a database of UFO crashes in the former Soviet Union and in Russia. He knows about where these crashes have occurred. He is aware of where the craft were taken, the security protocols put in place for retrieving these downed UFOs, that, some of which, were shot down. He’s also aware of some of the reverse engineering that has been occurring at secret Russian and Soviet facilities and he is aware of Russia’s secret space
program.

MS: Well, welcome back to Exopolitics Today, Dr Anfalov.
AA: Nice to meet you guys.
MS: Well it’s really very important information that you have to share about what is, what is happening currently, and what has happened in Russia and the Soviet Union. And the last interview we did you talked a little bit about some of the crashes, so I want to talk about what appears to be a very pivotal crash in the history of the Soviet Union. And that, that occured, a crash that happened in 1968, near Riga, Latvia, where several ET bodies and a live ET were retrieved. So you want to tell us about that crash and why that’s such an important crash in the kind of history of the Soviet Union’s crash retrieval operations?
AA: Yeah, because the object they captured there was quite big, it was 11 or 12 meters in diameter. It was quite sizable, you know, and four bodies, one alive, among them. They captured them and captured this craft and specifically they moved it to the area of Moscow, to Zhkovsky Air Base southeast of Moscow. And it’s remarkable case because this was studied near Moscow and where multiple scientific research institutes are concentrated. And with big scientific efforts input into this research, you know, so it was quite remarkable, because Moscow was involved greatly in this research.
And actually they detected this UFO first by long range radar and this radar is, was, positioned and still positioned in Kazakhstan, in the place called Sary Shagan. This is test range of Soviet air defense and they have this big long range radar that scans even space for many kilometers. It’s long range and it’s an anti-missile radar and that’s why they detected, long before impact, and long before the crash occurred, this object descending into atmosphere of our planet. And then they started tracking this object westward until it reached Latvia, Soviet Socialist Republic and there, on the much lower altitude, they started tracking it by local air defense systems, by local radar units, and finally they downed it in that area, in Latvia.
And actually, Latvia was remarkable for aliens because they have Skrunda radar as well. And in 1968, the construction of Skrunda radar was underway and all these operations, construction, you know, military activity in that area west of Riga, in, near Skrunda, was actually exactly in that year, and apparently that was the subject of interest to aliens. And that’s why it happened in that area, because, you know, aliens are very interested in our technology and radar systems and military systems, different kinds of weapons. They always track and, as far as I understand, that was a reason of interested, interest, to that area, you know.
And it was downed there by, as far as I understand, by S200. S200 is surface to air interception missile, to shoot down aircraft. It was brand new at that time and this S200 system was called Angara, and later Vega system. And it was brand new for that time. and they used it, the so-called Tallinn Line. The Tallinn Line is like frontier of Soviet air defense. In Soviet times it was guarding the Western perimeter of the Soviet Union and Latvia was part of that perimeter. So, they apparently activated this S200 system, as far as I understand.
But something went wrong, went wrong with this UFO, because usually they protect themselves, by, you know, protective field screens. And also they have passive protection systems and they have active protection systems. Active are usually like laser beams, directed energy weapons, and passive protection system is just a protection field. And in multiple cases Soviet defense was useless, and they couldn’t shoot them down. It was impossible. And Soviets lost many aircraft, many people and many, even, sometimes, units, trying to attack UFOs without any result at all, you know. But, in this specific case, they succeeded, and not only in this case, but in several others, because even highly sophisticated systems can go wrong. They always have some, sometimes, problems. Every technical device is not perfect, you know. Sometimes this can happen and that was the case, that was 1968 crash west of Riga.
MS: Okay, so you want to tell us about the captured extraterrestrial? You described it as a gray extraterrestrial and it was from the Altair star system and that there was some diplomatic negotiations and the people associated with that extraterrestrial came. So you want to tell us what happened?
AA: Actually, that’s what they told, if we trust them. I’m not sure if they told the truth, but the one alien that survived told that he is from that area of Aquila constellation and as far as I understand it’s not directly Altair because Altair is A class star, 16 light years. It’s very bright, it’s very young star, and I substantially doubt it has any planets and organic life on them at all.
But there are two systems there. One is Omicron Aquilae and this is F8V star of main sequence and it’s much better for having planets and organic life. And it’s double star system and, as far as I know, they detected very suspicious radio source there. If you look at Altair you should look to the… to up from Altair, to upper area and there you can find Omicron Aquilae. Approximately here, right near Altair, but not exactly Altair, but near it. 63 light years, Omicron Aquila and double star.
And Alexei Arkhipov, the famous Ukrainian radio astronomer, PhD, he detected radio source, very suspicious. And it looks like industrial area they placed on, near, the second star, not near the native planet, but near the second star. It’s quite a nice place to position industrial, industrial areas there. And I believe this is the case because it looks like really some industrial activity near the second star, near Omicron Aquilae star. And maybe that’s true, because I know this from different, other, sources that this constellation Aquila, which Sumerians called Tea (?) constellation, it really must have organic life and reptile civilization, reptiloids, and greys as well can be there, as far as I believe. So it’s not excluded, quite possible, quite possible.
Anyways, it’s what this creature told KGB guys that captured him and interrogated him. And they had a crew of four aliens and they were meter and a half, approximately, in height. And one was meter 54 and other was one meter 56 centimeters, approximately. And grayish skin with blue tint and these guys had four fingers, big, large, head, slanted black eyes. You know, like people usually depict typical greys.
But they were specific guys, and in fact they were inside special capsules filled with liquid to protect their bodies from accelerations. Because it was special protection system but not very advanced, as I understand, because usually they have their own gravity field inside the craft, inside the disc. When, and when you use these capsules to protect the crew, it’s not very sophisticated, by the way.
But anyway, they found them inside the cabin because the door was opened when this disc was found in tilted position. It plunged under the ground with big speed, smashing all, you know, trees, vegetation. And it was in this position. And the hatch was opened below, in the lower part of this disc. And the team penetrated inside. Of course it was scary operation. Because I know one guy who was near Pskov in military unit and chemical troops and they scrambled them immediately: it was alarm, you know, hush hush hush and move move move, you know, like it usually happens in haste. And they scrambled this unit and transported them to this crash area west of Riga, approximately the location near Skrunda.
And they were wearing gas masks, protective rubber suit, so called OZK protective suits. They usually use them against chemical agents and radioactive agents and these people are specially trained for operations like this. Because these, this specialized unit, they usually call these units R…BZ, so radiation and chemical and biological protection. They have these special military units and they had them in the Soviet Union, now they have different name. But anyway, these people were definitely involved and this guy leaked this information in Internet recently as well. He said they captured this alien disc and, in hush hush conditions, they removed it, like nothing happened at all, you know, like nothing happened. But this site was cordoned, you know, by outside perimeter. And soldiers in outside perimeter must have no information about what they guarding, about the downed object. They can’t see, because they’re not allowed to go near, to approach the crash site and all. That’s how it happened.
And later, I got other leaks from scientists involved and I know two guys from scientific research institutes near Moscow, and in Moscow. One is organic and non-organic materials research specialist in this area and he was involved in the ‘80s in this research. Actually he was in Zhukovsky base where they moved this object… But the first place where they put this recovered disc was Tukums Air Base. Tukums Airbase is now called Yurmala International Airport, and this Airbase is positioned west of the city of Riga, Tukums. At that time it was military airfield, completely in possession of Soviet military, and bombardment unit. They had Il-28 and Yak aircraft there, Yak-28 aircraft, and they used to guard this in very hush-hush conditions in the special unit. I sent you, by the way, numbers of this military units involved, so we know exactly these units.
And now we know exactly these locations where they kept it, because they use this hill, you know, from soil. And they have big massive doors leading inside the hill, to cover, you know, nuclear warheads and aircraft under this thick layer of soil. And this specific structure was erected there, in Tukum’s airbase, long before. But it was quite suitable and good place to hide this disc at first.
Preliminary study was there. At the very beginning they tried to analyze everything and to secure the craft because they had apprehensions: it can explode, because such things are dangerous, you know. Nobody can predict what might happen. They were very scared about chemical agents, radiation, and the possible explosion, and things like that. But anyway, the crew was taken away from inside the disc very quickly, and they moved it to helicopter and whisked them away immediately.
MS: Now one of the things that stood out in your description of the crash retrieval and recovery of that Riga UFO was that you, you had regular soldiers establishing a security perimeter, but they weren’t allowed to get, to get close to the craft; if they did they would get into trouble. And it was only the KGB, the specialized units, that could actually go next to the craft and analyze it and then retrieve it. So yeah, that, those security layers are very similar to what witnesses have described in the US, in crash retrieval operations. You have your outer layer, that doesn’t know what’s going in, but they’re to stop civilians and local law enforcement from interfering.
AA: Exactly, it’s standard procedure and operation because in the Soviet Union sometimes they had several perimeters, even three perimeters could be there around some crash sites. And also, local police was involved in, in some cases. I know, not just military and not just KGB, law enforcement units as well.
MS: So the local law enforcement would have like the outermost perimeter and then you would have the the soldiers in an inner perimeter and then finally you have the KGB inside doing all of the the most secretive stuff. So, so this Riga UFO you mentioned was well first, travel, taken to this facility in, at a military air base near Riga for preliminary study and then taken to Zhukovsky military installation, which is a very important installation, that you… you believe it’s the Russian or the Soviet equivalent of Wright Patterson Air Force Base, where all of the advanced air technology is studied and foreign material are retrieved and studied in the United States. So tell us about Zhukovsky Airbase.
AA: Okay, Zhukovsky Airbase wasn’t the very first place they moved and recovered UFOs, because they had such incidents before. Now you can see in this picture Zhukovsky International Airport, but this International Airport was constructed much much later, in modern Russia, years after the destruction of the Soviet Union. And in Soviet times you couldn’t see picture like this there. In Soviet times, it was highly restricted, highly secured and guarded installation.
And it’s not only my idea that the Zhukovsky Airbase was counterpart of Wright Patterson. In fact, it is and it was real counterpart, like brother, like sister base, of Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton Ohio. Exactly like this. Everybody knows this… just make your own study and you’ll find I’m right because this is a place they tested every Soviet aircraft, civilian, military, all were flight tested there. That’s like, you know, one of the main flight test centers of the Soviet Union, it was. And now in Russia and they have several scientific research institutes located in Zhukovsky. One of them, the most famous, is L.I.I. named after Gromov, the famous Soviet pilot. This is Flight Test Research Institute to organize test flights of every aircraft, military, civilian, any, just any.
And, years later, in the history of Soviet UFO recoveries, they started using this place to keep recovered UFO s underground. The thing most people don’t know is they have underground installation of several levels there. It’s not just air field you see on surface. They have substantial, sizable, vast, underground complex there, like a small underground city with multi levels. They have even rails, like local underground railway, to transport different lots and equipment and personnel along these tunnels underground. They have multiple underground Laboratories to test aircrafts.
They have also TsAGI, the famous Russian Institute, there, Central Aerodynamical … Hydroaerodynamical Research institute, or TsAGI. And also have different other installations, flight test organizations from all Soviet aircraft production companies, like Tupolev, like Mikoyan and Gurevich, MiG, and like Ilyushin, and each of these companies possess its own territory, its own hangers there and that’s why, how it operates. It’s huge facility, it has the longest runway in Europe, by the way, 5,000 meters long runway. It’s really huge and it’s really wide and it’s very durable and hard concrete there in this runway. And this is huge installation. Its runway is even bigger than in Wright Patterson Air Base, you know, bigger runway.
And so part of this underground complex is used as a special laboratory since from exactly 1986 till 1991. That’s the time frame they kept recovered UFOs there, and I know for sure that they had two discs in this period, one from Riga crash since 1968 and the second from 1979 or 1980. There was this other recovery northeast of Moscow. And besides, when Putin came, Vladimir Putin, in the year 2000, they also had recoveries in the area of Moscow. On May 26 near Kolumna south of Moscow, and August 16 the same year, 2000, near Pokrovka, area northwest of Moscow. And these two recovered UFOs, alien UFOs, they were also transported to Zhukovsky Air Base in the year 2000. Because this place is good to keep such things, and study them there, before they removed both objects to the more secure place under Uralian mountains in Chelyabinsk Region, where they have this basic underground facility now.
Anyway, you can’t find recovered UFOs in Zhukovsky anymore because this place is widely known. They have International Airport, they have large traffic, they have many people there, thousands of people, and it’s not good place now to keep such secrets. But in Soviet times it was quite large. It was completely secured, it was one of the best places to hide these things there you know, southeast of Moscow. It’s close to Moscow and many top positioned, you know, key, figures in the loops, they knew this, and they were taken there and they participated in these studies, there, in this underground laboratory.
And if you count these levels, there are multiple, maybe, as far as I remember, eight underground levels they have there. Eight levels and the system of elevators and different passages and, you know, and these UFOs they were kept below, in the most secured level. People there, they didn’t have access to every level. One of my contacts, he was taken only to the levels positioned above, but not to the deeper levels, because to go deeper you always have to possess special restricted access, and everywhere… Everywhere they have these cards, passes, and even if you’re General, if you’re top, you know, military, you can’t get access if you don’t have this pass, this card, with special, you know inscription and code word. No way, even if you’re, you know, CPSU.
MS: Right, so very similar to to the United States where your position doesn’t matter. It’s, it’s your clearance and your access to these compartmentalized programs, that’s the most important thing. Now, one of the key developments in, in this history, is that in 1972 you mentioned that there were secret agreements reached between the U.S. and and the Soviet Union, on each other granting access to the other’s retrieved alien spacecraft. And you said that, that Henry Kissinger was actually given access to Zhukovsky military facility, where he saw alien body. So you want to talk about those agreements and and what happened?
AA: Exactly. And, by the way, if to look into entire history of these agreements, that wasn’t the first Agreement, in 1972. The first agreements were even in 1955, during Geneva meetings in Switzerland between Soviet and American and French and British representatives. But 1972 was quite remarkable year in the history of these agreements between USSR and USA because in this year Richard Milhous Nixon, the US President and Henry Kissinger and other officials from US delegation, they visited Moscow, and not only Moscow, also Minsk, the capital of Belorussia. Amazingly, that was the first time that U.S. President was using Soviet Tupolev 134 aircraft. It was amazing to fly by Soviet airplanes, quite remarkable experience.
And as you know, you must know, that Henry Kissinger was and is, still is, the big friend of Russia and Soviet Union, and big negotiator and they know him well. And he knows well many of these guys. You know, in KGB they call him, they called him just Kissa. It’s nickname “Kissa” for Henry Kissinger in KGB. And Henry Kissinger is one of the top figures in U.S. conspiracy and Masonry, thirty-third degree, and maybe other organizations, and many others organization. He is very influential. And this guy knows a lot and he was taken, yes exactly, he was right person in right place and the right time to be taken there, and to be in loop completely because he pulls the strings, you know, he’s one of the key players, completely in the loop, one of the Puppet Masters in this game, this Grand International chess game on this chess board. That’s amazing story, how he was involved and initiated and all of this, since, you know, long time, since early ‘40s and ‘50s. He was in the loop even at those times since early recoveries in USA, and also he was informed about Soviet recoveries as well.
And in 1972 he was taken to Zhukovsky air base and they showed him to underground levels by elevators inside this special most secret Soviet laboratory there, where they kept this alien recovered UFO, this alien spacecraft, and also the bodies of its crew. Three bodies inside special containers, filled with this preservation liquid, and cryogenic, you know, refrigeration equipment to keep these bodies at low temperatures, to preserve tissues and all this, you know, biological material as well. But anyway, this lab was there. Bodies were studied in different institution near Moscow, and in Moscow as well, before they combined this all together in this laboratory. And not only Henry Kissinger, Fidel Castro was also involved, and he was also shown, the leader of Cuba, he was moved there as well, to this laboratory, in Zhukovsky, the same very same year, 1972. He was also shown this disc as well and also the alien bodies.
And, by the way, 1972 was the year that they signed these agreements between USSR and USA about space exploration, about Soyuz-Apollo test flight, Apollo-Soyuz test program project. And that was the first international U.S.-Soviet joint space flight. First, but not last, you know, only the first. All the rest is not known to public. It’s hidden, totally hidden, and they still keep this in total secrecy, shrouded in extremely sophisticated, you know, Hall of Mirrors, and the dark secrets they still have about all of this, you know. It’s incredible story and it’s fascinating. It’s so incedible for people even to believe. But I know this for sure, because in 1975 Soyuz-Apollo was only the first but not last flight together, USSR and USA. And it’s hard to imagine because it was Cold War, you know. But it wasn’t about space exploration since those times, since early ‘70s because they knew about aliens and when Fidel Castro was taken there as well, the same year, they told him “We know that Americans have the very same laboratory, they also keep these recovered UFOs, and they also have these alien bodies as well in USA. And you must know, and we know, and they know, what we know and we know what they know, to some extent.”
MS Okay, so that’s very helpful. So it gives us a picture that that both the U.S. and the Soviet Union were aware that each other were retrieving these UFO craft from their different territories and they had built facilities to study and reverse engineer these. And that there were, the first agreements were, in 1955. And then, in 1972, these agreements kind of, like, deepened with under the Nixon Administration and Kissinger. So you, you mentioned, well you’ve mentioned, that that in exchange for Kissinger being given access to Zhukovsky, Russians or the Soviets were allowed to gain access to the S4 facility at Area 51. Do you know what what happened there?
AA: Actually S4 is not in Area 51, It’s to the northwest. It’s on Tonapah Test Range, south of Tonapah Airport. It’s hidden there. But that’s exact place where they have S4.
MS: Just just to kind of, like be correct, I mean I mean Area 51 is the is the general area. And on there you have at least two facilities, there’s the Groom Lake which is the test facility and then there’s the S4 facility, about 20 miles away, but that whole area…
AA: …more miles, not 20, bigger distance to the Northwest.
MS: So yes, so were Soviets allowed? I mean, what do you know about the Soviets being given access to the S4 facility?
AA: They were given… according to this agreement they had limited access. They didn’t have access to all five levels of S4 facility, especially the lower levels. Because usually level one and level two, these are two levels for back engineering. And in S4 level three and level four and the special level five, they are more secret. That’s that’s where they deal with biological agents, with recovered aliens and, you know, where they use different sophisticated equipment and biological protection and extremely dangerous there, level three, level four, and level five. So the most safe levels are only level one and level two in S4. That’s where Soviet experts were taken since 1972, because S4 was actually activated the year before, in 1971. And year later, according to this agreement, they also were taken there. And not only that year. As you, as far as you remember, maybe you know, that Bob Lazar was talking about Soviets as well in S4. And that’s right, in 1989 Soviet experts were also taken to S4, not only in 1972.
It was according to these mutual agreements and American specialists were taken, these guys from USA, to Russian to Soviet basis as well, according to this agreement of exchange of information and about the technologies and recovered items and… It’s, it’s huge, huge subject. One country cannot cope with it alone, you know, and that realizations that came to brains of people with wisdom, you know, and in States and Russia and Soviet Union they completely realize they cannot cope alone because these technologies they are too advanced, way far advanced you know. If to compare with our contemporary terrestrial science, it’s completely, sometimes, different, you know. It’s very hard to understand, to comprehend, and to realize how it works, actually. It takes dozens of years. Sometimes it must take, maybe, hundreds of years finally to understand how it works, to get to the final conclusion and complete understanding of these technologies. It’s not easy. It’s very hard sometimes. Back engineering is not easy. It’s hard process and some people are too naïve. They believe, they, this back engineering can immediately lead to huge leaps in technology. No guys, it’s not that easy.
MS: So you, you describe a kind of historical process here, where throughout the ‘70s and ‘80s, Zhukovsky airbase and the facilities there were where they took the crashed discs for study and reverse engineering. And then 1991 they moved those discs out of Zhukovsky and moved them to this, I guess, a new facility, or more secretive secure facility in the Ural mountains. Because they were frightened, someone was frightened that these craft would be sold to the Americans. So, so you know, what happened in 1991 that led to Zhukovsky being, kind of like, you know, relegated to this, kind of like, secondary role?
AA: 1991 was the year when Soviet Union collapsed. It was military, you know, coup in Moscow in August of 1999 [sic]. I remember those scary times so well. till today. And they had tanks they had a lot of military troops on the streets of Moscow and you know very scary. And, after it ended, it was completely understandable for top position KGB generals like General Grushko, like General Agave, and other guys like General Grigorenko. They fully understood that they can’t keep these top secrets there anymore. It’s quite dangerous for the future of this project.
And it was a time of openness, you know, they just destructed this Monument to Felix Dzerzhinsky, near the KGB headquarters in Moscow on Dzerzhinsky Square. It was falling down, you know, Iron Felix so called, you know, KGB founder. And these people were scared. They can’t keep secret this project anymore, and by all means they tried to cover it up. And that’s why they removed both discs from Zhukovsky airbase to more distant location, in Chelyabinsk Region in Urals, on the mountains. Because they already knew they have this big underground tunnels there, huge facility built by aliens, not built by humans. And they just found it and they started using it. It was very nice place to keep these secrets and things there and to reverse engineer them there. And that’s why it was done.
And not only in Zhukovsky, they also have underground tunnel in Odintsovo, southwest of Moscow, the so called Subway 2 or Metro 2 underground railways, you know. And not only railways, special government system of tunnels to hide in case of nuclear war for top position officials, say, escapes there in case of nuclear war, these tunnels. And one of these tunnels southwest of Moscow in Odintsovo was also converted to hide three or four small size vehicles, UFOs, UAPs. They also recovered in several places and they still have them there in Odintsovo, in this tunnel. Still have, still have them there and you can even even use a special train directly from under Kremlin to that area, because they have this very long system of tunnels under the city of Moscow. And in Odintsovo they still have three or four recovered small-sized UFOs there till today, till now, till present moment. But bigger objects, like the, those two they kept in Zhukovsky, they moved, removed, it, because these UFOs were too big and too valuable for them, to leave them there, you know. Because in ’90s I know that even American delegations visited Zhukovsky. They took part in different projects with Russians during Boris Yeltsin times and it wasn’t good place to keep such huge secrets there anymore. No more, you know. That’s how it works.
MS: Okay, now you, you mentioned that in 1968 that the UFO that crashed in, in near Riga, Latvia, that that was brought down by Soviet S200 missile. Now you’ve also said that, and that, in the year 2000 you mentioned that there were two shootdowns of UFOs and this was using laser directed energy weapons. So you want to tell us about how the Soviets started using these directed energy weapons against UFOs and the two shootdowns in 2000?
AA: Yes, it was in Russia, it wasn’t Soviet Union anymore. It was Russian Federation, which it is now. And the first case happened on May 26, 2000 on Shchurovsky Test Range near Kolomna where they have this tiny village called Shchurovo. And the test range belongs to KBM, Construction Bureau of Machine Building near Kolomna. And they organized this ambush, this trap, trap for aliens, you know, ambush, trap. And it was all, all started there from the black triangle. They had several observations in sequence of this huge black triangle hovering over the test range and it was amazing sight. These people were scared because of this black triangle and why the idea was to organize this trap, to try, at least, to shoot it down. And they brought three mobile laser directed energy mobile units there. As far as I comprehend or surmise, according to my belief, these units were production of TRINITY Institute in the city of Troitsk. Troitsk Innovation Scientific Research Institute, which is involved in plasma direct energy and nuclear research. And that’s where they manufactured this mobile laser, laser units. And they use some highly advanced equipment and generators, some big huge trucks, with a lot of wheels. And because this equipment is quite heavy.
And they carefully positioned these three units like, you know, triangulation, in three corners of this triangle. And, to direct them at target when this black triangle will appear again over this test range. And they waited for a bit, quite a while, and when this triangle appeared again they shot it, these rays, to this target. The most amazing happened next, because triangle was completely unaffected, no effect on this, like it was hologram, like it wasn’t real at all. And to utmost amazement of these guys, what they downed was small disc, just six meters in daimeter, instead of this huge black triangle, just 6 meters across, small disc. That was amazing guys, you know, because apparently, as far as I, as far as I understand, and as far as they understood, this huge black triangle was just a hologram to disguise the real object. And the real tiny object was this quite small disc hovering there and projecting this hologram to disguise the real, you know, circumstances and the real picture, maybe to impress this military below. But this quite amazing sight and… but unhappily to these aliens, they downed this small disc and three days were dedicated to this operation. They dug out even the soil from the impact site, even the soil, you know, by excavator. Excavated the soil and put it to the big trucks and moved it away. Not only the UFO, but the soil as well, on the impact site. Oh it’s amazing and they also move this recovered 6 meter disc to Zhukovsky Air Base. It was May 2000 and for sometime they kept it there.
And the second UFO they also downed to Northwest of Moscow. It was August 16, 2000 and the time was 04:40 a.m. And this is the hot spot of UFO activity, Pokrovka area, Northwest of Moscow. Because they knew this before and they tried to spy for UFOs, to organize these traps, these ambushes, you know. To trying to capture them, spying for UFO hot spots. Not just everywhere, but they knew where they can meet them frequently, and capture them and… at least try. And they succeeded. It was quite small object, quite small. Apparently it wasn’t piloted at all, just like a robot or you know Unmanned Aerial… space vehicle without any crew on board, you know. No Pilots, no humanoids on board, quite small. And they captured this vehicle immediately after impact. Quite small time was between impact and when military trucks arrived. And it was early morning, very early in the morning, 04:40 a.m., 4:40. Amazingly, and some witnesses saw this amazing scene, this military truck these, you know, personnel, military, how they put it. And there was fire and smoke on the place of impact near Pokrovka, August 16, 2000. And like from high voltage electricity and the grass ignited, you know, smoke, fire, that was on this impact site Northwest of Moscow, as well.
And they moved both objects to Zhukovsky and I even know they took some people with extra sensory abilities, clairvoyants, and those people could scan to look inside, what is there. Just to use the psychic, psychic abilities, to investigate. Amazingly, not only just ordinary scientists were, scientists were involved, in this, but also these amazing people with psychic abilities. They also used their help to investigate, to find out, what are these objects really are, you know, because it’s, was, amazing, that’s for sure.
MS: So under the the Vladimir Putin Administration in 2000, Russia starts to target UFOs with these directed energy weapons and brings down a couple as you, as you just described. Now, there was a very interesting incident when Dimitri Medvedev became Prime Minister… became President. And he said in 2012, he talked about secretive Global agency similar to The Men In Black movie for guarding the secrets concerning extraterrestrials living amongst us. So, you know, what, what do you know of Medvedev disclosing that in 2012 in a hot microphone incident. Was that like an accident, was that like a soft disclosure? What do you know of that?
AA: It looks more like a soft disclosure indeed, because Medvedev was a President of Russian Federation. First Putin came, then Medvedev replaced him for some small amount of time and then Putin replaced him again, like, you know, they changed between each other. So Medvedev was in the loop as well for some time, it’s for sure, because he was the President of Russian Federation and now he is a member of National Security Council of Russian Federation. But now he drinks sometimes vodka a lot… he, so now he is not as he was before. He started drinking, now. Maybe he’s disappointed by, you know, crisis in Ukraine or I don’t know, but he was in the loop, definitely. And what he was talking about is not International Agency, he was talking about specific Russian Agency involved in this. And, as far as I know, they had numerous interactions and numerous contacts with aliens in Russia. That’s not a joke… if you take this in with deep thinking and analyze this… Some people say it’s joke, you know. You always can publicize Top Secret information, looking like a joke, you know, and a soft disclosure. I strongly believe that was a soft disclosure, indeed, because I know about real interactions with aliens in Russia, on regular basis.
I know about alien consultants, people, alien people, these humanoids visiting Russian installations with some promotion, with some technical advice, with some, you know, help, because aliens indeed interact with Russia. And Nordic aliens as well, maybe from Pleiades constellation, M45 Taurus constellation and the star cluster Pleiades, near, you know, near Aldebaran. They have three systems there:: 39 Taurii, Gliese 171.2 and Gliese 154, and these three stars are positioned in the form of triangle near Pleiades constellation. And that’s where these aliens are from, and distances 55, 58, and 47 light years from Earth of those three star systems in Plieades constellation. And these three main star systems are the main ones, you know. And they have other star systems as well, different systems. But these three are the main ones. And they have interaction with Russian authorities, as they know, and I also know, about interaction with Imdugut alien race, as well, the so called “tall white” aliens or Imdugut as Sumerians call them, or Anzu or Shahami or Zhahami, some people call them by this name. Tall white aliens, they have base in Nevada. They have base in Tasmania Island near Australia and they also have base in Australia. And they also interact with USA and with Russian Federation as well. And that’s how it happens.
Also they had contacts with living greys and with inectoids and with reptiles, and as General Shironin told to his grandson, he saw these pictures, this photographs, of these aliens, and he, once upon a time, he brought them. And he showed these pictures and this guy saw greys, he saw Nordic aliens, and he saw reptiloid, reptile aliens, on these pictures. And even in Soviet times, Soviet Union interacted with these alien species. It’s not a joke guys, it’s absolutely serious… And they also had this agreements with aliens, as well as USA had, they also had these agreements and since early 50s in the history of Soviet top secret space program starts back since 1951 or 1952. And definitely from 1955, even from those times, especially after the Stalin’s death. When Stalin died and Nikita Khruschev became the Soviet leader, it was very good time for beginning of the Soviet Secret Space Program and that’s how it started back in those years.
MS: Okay, well we know from many whistleblowers that in the United States in 1954 and 1955 there were top secret meetings between the Eisenhower Administration and extraterrestrials. So you’re saying that at the same time, in the Soviet Union, Nikita Khruschev, he had similar meetings and agreements were also reached between the Soviets and these different groups of extraterrestrials?
AA: Yes because, as far as I know, aliens told Eisenhower “If you don’t agree, we will connect with Russians, with Soviets, because you must give up with your nuclear weapons.” And he told, “Soviet threat, it’s provocation. What about them, what about Soviets?” And the answer was “We will deal with them as well.” You know, that’s impossible to deal with only one country, because it was to deal with nuclear disarmament back in ‘50s. And, as Eisenhower declined this alien proposition in 1954, and that eventually led to the final agreement on Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico on February, 11, 11th of 1955, when aliens landed again, and finally this Tau IX treaty was signed between USA and aliens.
And, at the same, time, aliens were also interested in the USSR because USSR was one sixth part of the world, of the whole world. It’s huge territory. They had, and they still have, lot of meat, you know, a lot of biological resources, lot of blood, lot of, you know, all what they want, from biological points of view, from biomedical points of view and lots of human resources, that’s what they need. And they were also interested in the Soviet Union as well, not only about USA. But, of course, USA was the leading country in the whole world and they started with USA. And they tightly controlled all Soviet leaders starting from Nikita Khruschev. And he couldn’t tell about this everywhere because they can interact on the very highly advanced levels. Some of their representatives can penetrate through the walls to any restricted room of any restricted installation. They can appear anywhere, anytime, and influence any representative, even, you know, top bosses everywhere, and top government leaders. That’s how it happens and don’t be so naive to think that this huge country, USSR, was out of alien control. No way, it couldn’t happen. Happened, happened, and absolutely, that’s very obvious.
And I know about direct meetings for example, Mikhail Gorbachev, Michael Gorbachev, he had direct meeting with aliens in 1985, March 17. And some of his friends and most close colleagues also participated in this direct meeting with aliens when two UFOs landed Northeast of Moscow near, in, Pirogovsky Nature Forest Reserve near Mytishchi, by the way. And they moved there and they met aliens there directly face by face. And Michael Gorbachev he was very well informed about alien problem because President Ronald Reagan and Vice President George Bush told him a lot; and he was in the loop, he was amazed. Michael Gorbachev was really flabbergasted by all they told him about this alien problem. And even his wife, Raisa Maximovna, Gorbachev’s wife, he was also well aware because he couldn’t keep secrets from her. He was under her influence greatly. She was his boss, his loving wife, and that’s how it happened back those those times. And now Putin, Putin is well in the loop as well, because he knows a lot, he knows a lot, but not everything. Some secrets they keep even from him, that’s for sure.
MS: Okay, so, so you’ve you’ve explained these agreements that were reached between the Soviets and the extraterrestrials and that this continued under Medvedev and Putin, and Putin. And so, were the Soviet and the Russians have been helped by these extraterrestrials to build some reverse engineered craft and you mentioned Novosibirsk plant… So tell us about that, I mean how… well, what reverse engineering is happening at that Novosibirsk?
AA: Actually, this, Novosibirsk, it’s like “new Siberia,” Novo-Sibirsk. New Siberian city. It’s huge city there in West Siberia and this is the place where they also moved several recovered UFOs. And as far as I know, since 1954 and 1955. Because in 1957 they organized a Siberian Branch of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR there in Novosibirsk. And also this huge aviation plant was there long before, and also this big Institute called Chaplygin SibNIA, Siberian Scientific Research Institute, named after Chaplygin, is also there, directly in the area called Yeltsovka Air Base.
Yeltsovka Air Base is a special airfield dedicated to test flights. Test flight airfield, called Yeltsovka. And they have underground workshops there, and specific underground hangers near that place, exactly in that location. Yeltsovka Airfield in Novosibirsk. It’s northeastern part of this huge city of Novosibirsk. And this is restricted area and they have numerous brand new aircraft there and aircraft production and test flights of aircraft. And it looks like, you know, Siberian branch of Zhukovsky. If you consider in this way, must be correct, because this institute which is called SibNIA, Chaplygin SibNIA, this is a branch of TsAGI and TsAGI is in Zhukovsky airbase.
And they keep several recovered alien vehicles, UFOs, UAPs, there, underground. Not big depths, but quite near the surface, because they, as far as I know, they don’t have quite large underground installations there. But anyway they have underground facilities there, in Novosibirsk. And that’s, that’s where they also keep recovered UFOs and I know at least about one or two discs there, recovered, and one cylinder shaped. The disc there, I know they keep there, is 12 meters in diameter and the cylinder shaped craft they have there is about 13 or 14 or even 15 meters long and damaged, with two holes, like left from laser beams or, like, some plasma weapons. Because, evidently aliens shot it down, you know, it was dog fight between different alien groups and that was the reason of this crash in 1979, of the cylinder shaped vehicle, and they moved this to Novosibirsk. And also the disc shaped they recovered in 1987 and they moved this during Gorbachev’s times to Novosibirsk as well, to this underground workshop, and this hanger under the hanger. They have surface hangers, on surface, and they have this big underground rooms under, you know, not deep but under, sub-surface you can call them, sub-surface.
And that’s where they keep these vehicles and that’s where they reverse engineer them for dozens of years, dozens of years. And this research was quite profound and substantial there because a lot of experts and technical specialists and scientists were involved, because Novosibirsk is very large scientific center. It was in the Soviet Union since 1957 and it is now in modern Russia as well. It’s large scientific research center. And that’s where they keep these UFOs as well, recovered and back engineering was, has, quite a long history there, as they don’t just use this technology in modern aircraft or, you know not only modern. They started building their own UFOs there, disc shaped, controlled by joystick. For one pilot, they have small version of it and they have bigger versions for different pilot, bigger amount of pilots, bigger crew. And with hemisphere on top, like dome, you know, this protective surfaces and electromagnetic propelled.
And I know about one case in 1996, when Russian president Boris Yeltsin visited Novosibirsk in person, he was shown this UFO. They let him inside and he saw this small back engineered disc there, hovering inside the hanger. And they even had these big metallic chains keeping this disc from zooming upward because it, it’s very fast, it’s levitating device, electromagnetic, you know. It’s anti-gravity technology there, anti-gravity control. And Boris Yestsin saw this for one pilot it was, with hemispheric dome on top. It was transparent dome on top of this disc and one pilot was sitting there, in this dome, you know, transparent. And, amazingly, to my utmost amazement, they show this in TV, broadcast. It was broadcasted on TV, on Russian television, local television in Novosibirsk, only one time. And after that these guys realized “Oh my God, what we did? We must delete this.” It was never shown again, never. It was only one leak in 1996 with Boris Yeltsin and with this UFO inside this hanger, back engineered, with one pilot hovering over the floor of this hanger, and it was true, it was amazing, amazing. I just stumbled upon this leak and it was deleted very fast. You can’t find this information in Internet anymore. It had quite small circulation in Internet.
And that’s how it happened, and they started back engineering them in Soviet times, trying to reconstruct these materials, you know material research, propulsion units, you know, this equipment, devices, by pieces: disassembling them and analyzing every piece, every structure, every device and trying to reverse engineer. And they did it, to some extent, but not exact copies, you know, not exact, but to some extent. And they did it, they tried and they did disc shaped vehicles and also cylinder or tube shaped vehicles as well. They reverse engineered them as well, even in the Soviet Union, those times, of the USSR, ‘70s ‘80s, you know. They already had these back engineered discs and cylinders during Soviet times.
And Novosibirsk is huge aviation construction plant, Chkalov NAPO, so called Novosibirsk Air Production Organization, unit. It’s huge, huge plant, lot of workshops, you know, it’s very long and multiple people involved. It’s, it’s involved in big aircraft production for a long time and they also manufacture Su-34 there, new Russian bomber, and Su-24 was also manufactured there, and S70, so called Hunter non-piloted air vehicle, is also manufactured there. That’s Soviet counterpart of, sorry, Russian counterpart, of stealth in U.S. They manufacture it in Novosibirsk and they use some technology from recovered UFOs in the stealth technologies, the Russian stealth technologies, you know. And they try what they can, but what… it’s very difficult to reconstruct, to back engineer, to understand all principles. But they are using this radar protection and special materials and counter measures for, you know, radio waves to hush them down, for, you know, from equipment to protect the vehicles from detection by radars. That’s what they learned from back engineering as well, and from alien assistance as well. Because, as far as I know, Nordic aliens assisted Putin and Russia was provided with extremely advanced counter measures in radar technology, in electromagnetic technology.
And they also have these direct energy weapons as well, but not in big amount. But they have them and, unfortunately, they don’t have enough money to invest, unlike U.S., to all these, you know, devices and technology. But as far as concerned these counter measures, Russia is one of the top leaders of the world because they really have very advanced counter measuring system, systems against radio electronic warfare, and in the area of radio electronic warfare, they one of the top in the whole world, you know, Russian Federation is now… That’s also due to this back engineering and also due to this alien, assistance from these aliens, you know different aliens, but basically these Nordic aliens.
MS: I wanted to ask you about the TR3B which is one of the reverse engineered technologies developed in the United States. And there was a whistleblower, Edgar Fouche, who, you know, was the first one that put out that information. I think it was in 1999 at a, at a big conference, and he described the TR3B as as being something that used torsion fields to generate a… to to reduce the overall mass of the craft, and then it could travel, I think it was 80… that would reduce the mass by 87% and then it could fly. So, does Russia have its own TR3B, its own flying triangles, that it uses for its own programs?
AA: That’s what I heard, yes. There’re leakages of information that it really is, and that they really have these triangles. Because they know, and they know well, that U.S. has these triangles. It’s very well known information in Russia, and I strongly believe they started doing something to do this as well, you know. Like, because Cold War is returning now. It’s like, you know, kind of Cold War again. And I know about one case in Russia when couple of local guys try to penetrate to one of Russian installations. They took video camera with them and eventually they were lucky to film one of these triangles here, hovering with lights on corners and bluish light in the center. It was very remarkable. I saw this video myself. I know about this case, about this penetration of these two guys to this Russian installation. I’m still researching this case and I don’t know for sure all details of this, but I have strong belief it really is, and some leaks do indeed say, and leak this information that, that really what is happening there.
Because they have huge underground areas where they can do this and where can they move people, materials, construction equipment, and things like that, you know. They have multiple aviation plants on the territory of Russian Federation and they also have underground workshops, almost in every plant there. They have these underground facilities because Soviet Union was preparing for the nuclear war with States and that’s why they try to cover, to conceal, to hide underground, some workshops and some facilities. And they still have them since Soviet times, in several locations where they can do this production, reconstruction, reverse engineering.
And, as far as I know, they use mercury-based engines, fuel. Big pressure, big temperatures and rotation of mercury fuel inside this closed, you know, circuit. And that’s what gives huge power and propulsion and huge vertical speed. It can zoom… woo… like a bullet upward with huge speed, much faster than any, you know, jet interceptor, much faster. That’s what they use to reach this altitude just in a blink of eye, you know. It’s very fast, very fast. It’s crazy fast, crazy fast, comparing with even fastest aircraft, you know. That’s how it happens, because this mercury based fuel provides tremendous capabilities for propulsion. And not only mercury, but mercury was used in even in old vimānas in ancient times, in Nazi UFOs, Germany and Hitler times, also use this, you know, mercury based Fuel and engines.
But now it’s different. They have even more advanced propulsion technologies and even more advanced engines that the mercury-based, you know. And magnetic field disruptor, MFD, that’s what Edgar Fouche called this propulsion unit, MFD, magnetic field or electromagnetic field disruptor. And the disruption effect is created by this, you know, huge toroid-shaped field, electromagnetic. It’s, it’s very dangerous. It can influence engines, you know, the engines of different cars. Automobiles can be affected by this engine and also human organisms can be affected as well, because human bodies are vulnerable for this influence from the engine, for electromagnetic emission. That’s dangerous for human bodies.
MS: So I know that Edgar Fouche talked about two models of the TR3B being built in the 1980s. He said one was 600 feet and another one was 250 ft. I’m working with a number of insiders that say that now the modern flying triangles, they actually have much smaller ones that are more advanced. So, does the Soviet… does Russia have similar size flying triangles that it uses, as far as you know?
AA: As far as I know, not only triangles but also rectangular shape platforms, anti-gravity platforms, not only triangles. And as with about USA don’t forget about TR6, Telos. They also have not only TR3B but also TR6 and different other models they also have as well. And that’s not, not, that simple. And TR3A was much less advanced, comparing with TR3B. They are different, A and B models, and Russia has, has some models as well, similar, and I know they are working on this and they had advances.
For example, there’s big underground tunnels between Volgograd and Saratov, near so-called Medveditskaya Gryada or Medveditskaya Mountain Ridge. And amazingly, just recently, I happen to know that they have this, wow, underground passages and military use them. That’s a place where locals see these triangles on the regular basis, from under the ground, and flying over that territory near the city of Zhirnovsk of Volgograd Region. That’s near Russian, big Russian river of Volga, Saratov and Volgograd. And they have ancient, very long, tunnel system there and some of these tunnels are definitely used by the Soviet military and by Russian military now. And this area has multiple sightings of these triangle shaped UFOs and Russia has a lot of these sightings of triangle shaped UFOs. They were seen so many times in Russian Federation, and now every year I’m researching this and I stumble upon these sightings every time, because so many sightings of these triangle shaped UFOs. That’s true, multiple sightings.
MS: I also want to kind of ask if… There was an insider, William Tomkins, who said that the first cigar-shaped spacecraft that were built using these reverse engineered technologies were Nautilus-class nuclear submarines in the 1970s that were retrofitted so that they could fly out into space using these anti-gravity propulsion systems. And then, later on, they developed full scale cigar-shaped craft. So, did the Soviet Union and then Russia do something similar?
AA: As far as I know, that was according to international cooperation between USSR and USA. Since ’70s, and also during ’80s it was already established, this International cooperation between USA and USSR. Moreover, some devices manufactured in USSR were used in these vehicles, because it was cooperation in production, in assembling in space, these vehicles. And they are not just retrofited, they specially designed, based on these design principles. Because it was easier, much easier, to convert all this experience and technologies for this project. It was much easier to use, you know, already gained experience in nuclear construction of these nuclear submarines. And, by the way, Soviet Union was number one in the whole world if you take the quantity of submarines. Quality was much worse, worse quality but number one in quantity. And USSR was number one in the whole world, if we take numerous nuclear submarines constructed in the Soviet Union. Oh my gosh, just study this subject and you would be amazed how many projects they had, and they still have. They had much bigger amount of these projects than in USA, if we talk about this nuclear submarines, you know this project. Because I am… I know, I’m sure about international cooperation in space since this 1972 treaty definitely, for sure, between USA and USSR in space. And I know, for sure, that the U.S. Soyuz-Apllo joint test project was only the first joint flight between, of USA and of, and USSR, joint flight of Soviet and American astronauts.
And I know even the secret space control center of the Secret Space Program of the Soviet Union. It wasn’t near Moscow. It was in East Siberia near the city of Irkutsk, in the place called Usolye-Sibirskoye. That’s where they have this military radar installation, with big radars for, against, missile threat, long range strategic radars. And they also have underground complex there in Usolye-Sibirskoye, Mishelevka. Multi-level complex and nuclear reactor there supplying this underground complex and this space control center, you know, like Houston like Korolyov space control center. But this space control center is completely underground, with big screen there, and they display these, you know, images of this Secret Space Program vehicles.
And one of my informants was there in person in 1984 and in 1988, and to his utmost amazement… you can’t believe what he saw… he saw this space station. He saw these astronauts dressed in, you know, highly protective space suits, with radioactive protection, because working in the conditions of highly, high radioactivity and with magnetic boots, you know. They were working on surface of this space station in 1988, working with some equipment in open space on the surface of this space station. And the most amazing, amazing, the most amazing, was on the background… there he saw Saturn. You can’t imagine! Saturn, this huge planet with rings, and he also saw this Enceladus, this moon of Saturn, slightly bluish, you know, Enceladus, one of the icy moons of Saturn. It was definitely Saturn. He saw these big rings, this huge planet, the space station, these astronauts and in 1984 he heard this radio transmission speaking two languages, Russian and English. They spoke two languages. Wow, wow, Oh my gosh! He couldn’t believe his eyes… what’s happening there? What you doing here, guys? But he wasn’t well acquainted. His task, he was in KGB, his role was to check, he was with inspections there in this facility, and he wasn’t in the loop to know all details, what is happening there. But definitely they had this top secret space flight control center there in Mishelevka, in Usolye-Sibirskoye, near Irkutsk of the joint U.S.-Soviet Secret Space Program in ‘80s, 1984, in 1988. That’s what, that was amazing experience.
MS: So well I think you’ve given us, you’ve given my viewers, a really good introduction to this secret history of crash retrieval programs in Russia, the reverse engineering. And now, what we can do, and I hope to have you back, back for a third interview, is we get into the Russian secret space program today, and how that is cooperating with the United States in an international program. So any final words you want to give to my audience before we end this interview?
AA: People wake up, to the tremendous secrets they hide from you! That’s really amazing and some things are really mindblowing and flabbergasting. I was amazed myself, totally amazed. I couldn’t believe my ears and eyes when I heard some things, but I tried to verify it and I tried my best. That’s really amazing. Wake up! Wake up!
